“This was the longest drawn out process ever, there was no coordination regarding document collection and we were very close to cancelling on several occasions. I understand due dilligence but this was to the extreme. The dealership we dealt with has said that in 30 years of trading they have never experienced such behaviour.”

“I've dealt with quite a few different car credit places in the past and none have even come close to the speed and ease of MyCarCredit. Adam was amazing at keeping me up to date on the process. They even did all the communication with the dealer to check everything was right with the car and to put the sale through. I didn't have to speak to the dealer once (although I was offered to go and view the car, test drive etc. I opted to let MyCarCredit deal with all) I applied late on Thursday evening and everything was through and paid to the dealer by 5 p.m. the following day. Just waiting to collect my car now from the dealer.”

“Always difficult to put yourself in the persons shoes that’s supposed to be managing and monitoring your account- ultimately for me anyway it’s important to be the recipient of an enthusiastic and helpful demeanour and sometimes I appreciate that it’s difficult to create that attitude when there is a million and one other things going on in your life…Also in my view, it’s always important to be forthright.Overall it’s was a reasonable experience.”

“Well if the start is anything to go by I'd not recommend using these lot. Been told I was accepted for finance so applied, I've since been spammed with multiple emails telling me to continue my application. I've responded several times over the course of today and yesterday regarding a car I have found and queried whether MCC will provide the finance for it. So far I've had zero response and a further spam email telling me to continue the application! This is ridiculous.”
