“This is the first time I’ve ever taken out finance for a car and I surprisingly found the process extremely simple and very quick. Within a few hours I had an competitive offer, and everything was in place to move forward with the purchase of my new car. Chloe, who was dealing with my application, was lovely. She was easy to get hold of and kept me informed the whole way through. I would absolutely come to My Car Credit for any future car finance, and whole heartedly recommend them.”

“Our customer service advisor Derrian couldn’t have been any more helpful. We had a few hurdles to get across in completing the paperwork mainly because we were doing it wrong and Derrian was always on hand to help and went above and beyond to make sure we got the deal that was best for us and to make sure we got the car we wanted. She was amazing. Very friendly and approachable.”

“I had problems with the garage I purchased from Chloe really helped make the situation as stress free as possible. She was polite, responsive and efficient at all times. The whole process with my car credit is easy and hassle free. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you so much Chloe your a super star and thanks too the help Kelly provided too making sure I eventually got in my new car. Would highly recommend.”
