“The only negative thing is that at first I was told 13.3 % And end up with 19.5 % but saying that the customer service was great and very profesional. Respond very quickly and helpful. I do recommend to anyone who needs help with car finance. Thumb up. Chris Vickers was dealing with me and he was very good. Thanks”

“I wanted a decent car but with a less than great credit rating , I thought I wouldn't be accepted for finance. Until I tried My Car Credit! All the staff I dealt with were friendly and answered all my questions. Chris was my main adviser and he was great. Kept me informed about developments in the process. I was skeptical at first but so gIad I applied and I recommend them to everyone! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.”

“After finding our car on the Wednesday afternoon and applying for it through my car credit we drove it away on Saturday afternoon. No hassle and friendly staff. Would certainly recommend. very fast and efficient”

“Rude arrogant uncaring and uninterested. No care about deposits trade ins'. All they are interested in their payments! "Your calls me be recorded for training or monitoring purposes" well my landline is too! And I have recordings of your dreadful customer service. My next stop is the financial ombudsman and the financial conduct authority! DON'T go near these rouges.”

“Kirsty was assigned to me myself to assist in the financial arrangements of my new vehicle, she was fantastic!! Kept me updated on progress along the way, had lots of questions all of which Kirsty dealt with quickly and efficiently.
