“This was the best lender experience I’ve experienced ever. Very helpful even when changing the amount I wanted to borrow. Dealt with a guy called Craig who was fantastic. A good and clear informative company not over pushy but extremely helpful and a very good interest rate. I’m not one for reviews or giving excellent grades but these guys are 5 star”

“Good to start off with but quickly declined. Messed up invoicing process despite being told by myself and the car dealer where the errors were. This meant that the car was delayed in getting to me. I constantly had to ring and chase (6 times over 2 working days) and was told something new each time. On the phone I was patronised and staff were unhelpful. I asked for my case to be escalated and compensation and was told there was no process. It felt like my car credit couldn’t understand the invoices even through they were correct. They didn’t listen to myself or my car dealer and refused to take responsibility for causing delays. They weren’t apologetic or accepting of my needs.”
