“The people at my car finance could not have been more helpful, they were fantastic from start to finish and made the whole thing very easy ..... If you need credit for a car then these are the people to call!! Special thank to Chris Vickers who spent loads of time going through everything with me to make sure I got the very best deal going. “Enquired on a Saturday and received a call back almost immediately advising me the name of someone who would deal with my query. Called Monday after and told I was approved - provided me with finance for the new vehicle and also alongside a loan to settle the negative equity of my existing vehicle when told I would not be able to get this from the provider by other online providers. Great service and very happy I found MCC!”

“I was doubtful that MCC could get me a reasonable rate having a POOR rating and having moved home less than a year ago. Within two days I had my HP agreed and at a fair rate too. Within less that a week I am now driving a 3 year old car instead of the old 10 year old previously. Very good professional service with another happy customer as a result.”

“Very rude team leader. Don't use this broker company, be prepared for a lot of calls, texts, emails.Apply with a lender company, you will save time and you don't have to deal with advisers that are not prepared to talk with costumers.”

Dear Mr Azevedo, We are extremely sorry that you feel you haven't received the standard of customer service that met your expectations. Unfortunately there are times when there can be delays in funds being paid out, this can be due to uncontrollable factors such as banking hours. At times you will receive automated messages, such as texts and emails if we cannot get hold of our customers. We also apologise for the amount of phone calls you feel you have received but if there are any issues with the application, our team would rather speak to customers more direct and over the phone.
