“I started my process not knowing a single thing about cars or the steps involved in gainin finance. I sent feelers out to a number of sites and MyCarCredit called me. Instantly, the adviser helped me with understanding the basics in the steps required. I dealt with sam (Samantha Machin) who was not only professional, but easy to work with, calm and helpful when I kept calling with queries and generally kept me stress free with her easy to understand steps on what to do at each step. I would also like to thank everyone else who were extremely polite when I called to either speak to sam or just needed a little more assistance with other things on same days off. An absolutely fantastic company to deal with and the team is phenomenal!”

“I had a disappointing experience in the beginning of my contact with My Car Credit with a different consultant, but then Chelsea appeared and started to help me, and it was unbelievable how she changed the image I had from the company, and exceeded all my expectations. I have no words to describe the absolutely fantastic job that she did, reverting all the problems I was having and getting a great deal. My car Credit should be proud to have such a good person in the company!”
