“IF I could give you a big fat 0 I would , Got finance in place with these guys , they ran what they call a dummy vehicle through on a car with Moto novo Car finance which came back accepted . All good to go find a vehicle . The company did not say every time we check a car it will leave footprints on your credit file , or to this point an hard search . Basically you could be accepted , & everyone you apply for a vehicle you could eventually be declined , or your credit score will go into another score band , meaning higher Apr . Found a vehicle after an extensive search Phoned them for them to turn round and say Finance had been declined and they could not work with me anymore , asked for explanation same rubbish take it up with credit reference agency , Sorry I have my banding in front of me , there’s no flags on my credit file . Suspicion started to arise and do not ask me why as a finance credit broker you did not want my business . So I phoned Moto novo , guess what my suspicions was right . Finance was still in place , Part ex was sold finance was given signed & now have my new car . Big thumbs down for me , But thank you for giving me the finance company’s details . Bizarre how you want to loose people’s business Maybe some people who work for you are not doing the job properly Jack . I’d never come to you again and I will be reporting you to the credit reference agency’s for lack of compliance & to the FCA .”

“Jerome was great and amazing customer service from him however the service is extremely slow to find a loan partner and to pay out. The process has taken a week from applying to getting the loan company pay out. Would have been better sourcing a loan myself”
