Promised the earth an knocked back at the last minute. Petty stuff re the photos of bank statements were not right. Long drawn out process with generally poor service Avoid.

Failed to take dealer information until after 2nd round of checks had come back on my application as well as a a firm offer for finance (which included the vehicle check). I was promised a phone call back straight away, on the Friday as these details were finally taken, but this never came. I attempted to chase things on the Saturday but my work hours clashed with the call centres opening hours so finally got a response on the Sunday only to find out that the dealer checks hadn’t even been started. Nothing got done until the Monday morning despite the apparent attempts from the call centre. At this stage I was apparently pushed to the front of the que with things but was further held up as the paperwork I needed to sign and send back had the wrong figures on it. Despite this being resolved and still being pushed to the front regarding payment I didn’t get confirmation until 6pm on the Monday. In the background the dealer was being messed around, being chased for payment details that had already been supplied and that were on the system. On the Tuesday, they were advised that payment (despite all the promises to me) could land at any time up until 8pm that night. If it weren’t for a final push from me with the dealer I wouldn’t have been able to collect my car until Thursday (sales guy not in on Wednesdays). This was all down to a failure to obtain all information in a timely fashion and act on it when it was received, you made buying the car an absolute ordeal and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone based on the service provided!

Very poor customer service, was told maybe ten times I would be called back in five minutes and waited three hours still no call, overall very bad experience. Would not recommend it.

I have to say sorry to this company all reviews in here are not honest I am a new person in here and after road all reviews in here I was really happy I can apply car finance with pour credit I did application online and after that I received good news I was really happy but my happiness was short because they said same as other companies you must home owner or need Grantors which is I knew that ...but in application they didn’t say that ...please before go ahead call them don’t west your time with them Yes right amigo can give from £500 to £1000000 but you must be home owner doesn’t matter poof credit...highly don’t recommend..yes they staff friendly but information totally fake

** Dont waste your time with this bunch of liers and time waster ! ** I applied online and then phoned to confirm the numbers and other details, I then found a car off of my car credits car search feature i then phoned back to confirm that this was the car I wanted and was advised to go for a test drive this car wasn't local and I drove 150 miles to go and veiw it, i drove the car and loved i then paid a deposit so I wouldn't lose the car as you can remember I was already aproved so nothing to worry about, I then got home and called my car credit back and ask to proceed I was told someone would phone me the following day, i didn't get a phone call so I called them in the afternoon and was told the person that was dealing with my finace was busy and I would get a call back so I waited again with no contact so I called again and it wouldn't call my phone said user busy so I waited a while and called again, and again user busy so I tried putting 141 in front and it rang so my number had seemed to me to of been blocked! When I got through to someone again I was told Chris was busy and I asked for an alternative email I gave this and thought I wouldn't hear from them again. The next day I rang back and was told that my car credit could not help me and I would need to find a newer car something no older than 8 years old so a 2010. If you remember I had found this car on their website so why was it advertised if they could get finace for it. And I also lost my deposit for the car being taken off sale. I still get emails saying that Your application has been approved in by one of our lenders. Don't waste your time.

I applied using their 30 second search. It came back approved. I then received a call from Gary he confirmed my details and said he would get back to me. No bother to call me back. I called them and someone answered the phone and hung up on me. Don’t waste your time they only want to know bother with you if they can secure a loan. Right bunch of cowboys stay clear

Wasted my time by lying to me. When I spoke to a second person about it they just got snappy with me saying that it was the weekend staff, she isn’t weekend staff... not my problem really, it was yours, yet the still didn’t seem to care.

Service not as expected or indeed advertised in their sleek website. Person that took the original enquiry and offered us confirmed acceptance took off for holidays without letting us know, passed on to another who then rejected original deal and offered us 30 % loan!! The other thing they do is if a deposit is paid by card they don't take the dealer's receipt as proof, but ask you to send them copy of the front and BACK of your card (with the security code). Data Protection, what DP?

We found kirsty white very rude on the phone, little telephone manners and no questions realy answerd about the finance approval. We have dealt with other companies in the past which have been very very helpful. Just to let this company no the future of the company is held by the workers and workers like kirsty white are there to bring the company down to the brick. Get your workers to have good telephone manners. We will not be useing u guys even though you have approved our loan for the car.

Waste of time.. Told me i was approved only to forward me on to Amigo Loans lool... Why not just state that if you have poor credit you will need a guarantor?? Absolute garbage! Dont bother unless your credit is good... My credit score is 607 if yours is the same or lower than that do not bother with this company. The offer i received was a shambles.. £7000 paying back £277 a month for 60 months.. Thats nearly £17000!! What a joke only a complete fool would ever do that. SMH

Rude arrogant uncaring and uninterested. No care about deposits trade ins'. All they are interested in their payments! "Your calls me be recorded for training or monitoring purposes" well my landline is too! And I have recordings of your dreadful customer service. My next stop is the financial ombudsman and the financial conduct authority! DON'T go near these rouges.

I applied with mycarcredit, took couple days to even get it sorted found a dealership myself, cargiant. Was then told to fill in their online portal upload driving license and payslips. I did. After I was told that the finance company will not pay out till I go cargiant and test the car, I did. I went to cargiant I had to put down a non refundable deposit to hold the car, I spoke to Gary and Chelsea who told me that I should put the deposit down and that my application is fine, I told them it is non refundable. They still told me I should put it down ( which they are no denying although there is recording). This was Wednesday last week, only today have they called me to tell the finance company now needs bank statements and cargiant have said if it is not sorted out by tomorrow the car and my deposit will go. I have requested to get my deposit back still waiting from cargiant, I probably will not get it back. Josh a manager at mycarcredit is also taking no responsibility for the actions of Chelsea and Gary. I am appalled, poor customer service from all three people. Why make someone put a non refundable deposit on a finance application u have not 100% been approved on!!!!!! Waste of time and stress. This has gone on for 2 weeks and still nothing is sorted. Ridiculous, rubbish money stealing company. They give you false hope. They do not what they are doing

As explained to you, it is not unusual that funders on our panel would ask us to request personal documents from you such as bank statements to get you fully approved, it is unfortunate that you were not able to provide these as easily as via email or post and the application was unable to progress.
