Awful service, told me I was accepted then not then accepted again! Then told me I could pick up my car then told me there was an issue with there paperwork. Found another company using the SAME lender and costing less! Stay away!

Applied for credit. Was told I had been accepted and to expect a call within 15 minutes.....over 24 hours later I am still waiting.I will use the other best credit company Motoloan in future

Waste of time everyone is accepted according to there system but of course they are not. Called me and said it had to go back to the underwriters and they would get back to be in one hour but nothing. Next day there are closed and I am not holding by breath that I WILL EVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM. There will never bother if they cant get you accepted to call you back. But remember they already tell you that you have been accepted. So don't bother get finance through your dealer they are best at it!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my car credit... they accepted me for finance on a vehicle, they were told over the phone exactly what the vehicle was. I then had a phone call to say my finance was declined as it was a commercial vehicle and not a car. They knew this as I gave the chassi number of the said vehicle being purchased. Not only has this affected my credit rating as I’ve been declined, but I also turned down other finance that was offered to me at the same low rate. I’ve now had to go with a higher interest rate and a affect on my credit scoring for their incompetence. I was told the person who took my original call had only been working in the office for a week and was unaware that the company wouldn’t acccept commercial vehicles. I will have to take this matter further as my credit history has always been of a excellent standard but has been lowered for no fault of my own .

Got accepted with basically a loan shark buddy finance Borrow £4000 pay back Almost £10,000 yes correct £10k my credit rating is not that good but this is absolutely day light robbery fortunately I found another company that gave me a fair deal and not 49.8% definitely watch out unless your stupid

Overcharged from day one. Told it was my fault. Took 3 years to get the difference back. If l hadnt of chased it no one would have bothered. Would not use again.

If you are trying to get a loan with My Car Credit but you live in UK for less than 3 years or don't have a good credit score, READ THIS TEXT BEFORE! For people in the situation I mentioned before is more difficult to get a loan, that's understandable because of the credit score system. But when I applied with them I informed MANY TIMES I was living in UK less than 3 years, and they said it was OK, the interest rate would be a bit higher, and then they APPROVED my loan after I send all my documents. For ALMOST 1 MONTH I spent my time and money visiting cars (because initially THEY DIDN'T INFORM for me but they only accept cars maximum 7 years old). Then I found one, I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH MY CAR CREDIT, and next day when I was almost preparing to go and pick up the car they call me back informing MY APPLICATION WAS REFUSED BECAUSE I WAS LIVING IN UK LESS THAN 3 YEARS! They gotta be kidding me! I told them SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY SAID IT WAS OK!!! I refused other companies with same interest rate because of them, and after all they refuse me! Chris apologized by phone BECAUSE I CALLED, but I don't accept apologies, because it cost me a lot of time and money! I'm so frustrated, hope this review help other people to avoid the same problem. Choose a different and serious company!

I’d leave zero stars if I could, as that is as much help as this company was. Had a brief phone call on Thursday evening to take some details, was told they’d be back in touch very soon with some figures. Friday afternoon I rang back and was told they’d ring me back within an hour with some quotes. Sent my contact Samantha an email Friday night to see what was happening, had no reply. I rang again on Saturday morning to be told they were having computer issues and they’d definitely be in touch in an hour. So far still nothing, I’ve taken my custom elsewhere. Absolute rubbish company as far as I’m concerned. Customer service, don’t make me laugh

Jose 4 reviews Absolute Time wasters indeed Time wasters indeed, gone back and forth for 2 weeks now been to see 4 cars of which I paid a deposit of £100 to hold one car. They keep coming back with excuses, and delaying, wasting time, asking for one proof or another. No call back for days and its always the same script, have you looked at the cars on the website, have you taken a test drive. Whats the point until I know for sure if the finance has been accepted. Either you can get the finance or not, stop wasting peoples time.. They falsely advertise that anyone can get excepted the fact is they are so incompetent. If you looking for car finance go elsewhere please don't waste your time with these trading under AA motor finance. Go elsewhere don't waste your time

Promised an acceptance with good news!! Of course a lie. You then have to send 3 months of bank statements then they don't believe you. They say that the corners don't look right and they cannot read them. Went to a different broker and they got me a deal with the same finance company this company use. They are slow and never return calls. Avoid.

Promised the earth an knocked back at the last minute. Petty stuff re the photos of bank statements were not right. Long drawn out process with generally poor service Avoid.

Failed to take dealer information until after 2nd round of checks had come back on my application as well as a a firm offer for finance (which included the vehicle check). I was promised a phone call back straight away, on the Friday as these details were finally taken, but this never came. I attempted to chase things on the Saturday but my work hours clashed with the call centres opening hours so finally got a response on the Sunday only to find out that the dealer checks hadn’t even been started. Nothing got done until the Monday morning despite the apparent attempts from the call centre. At this stage I was apparently pushed to the front of the que with things but was further held up as the paperwork I needed to sign and send back had the wrong figures on it. Despite this being resolved and still being pushed to the front regarding payment I didn’t get confirmation until 6pm on the Monday. In the background the dealer was being messed around, being chased for payment details that had already been supplied and that were on the system. On the Tuesday, they were advised that payment (despite all the promises to me) could land at any time up until 8pm that night. If it weren’t for a final push from me with the dealer I wouldn’t have been able to collect my car until Thursday (sales guy not in on Wednesdays). This was all down to a failure to obtain all information in a timely fashion and act on it when it was received, you made buying the car an absolute ordeal and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone based on the service provided!

Very poor customer service, was told maybe ten times I would be called back in five minutes and waited three hours still no call, overall very bad experience. Would not recommend it.

I have to say sorry to this company all reviews in here are not honest I am a new person in here and after road all reviews in here I was really happy I can apply car finance with pour credit I did application online and after that I received good news I was really happy but my happiness was short because they said same as other companies you must home owner or need Grantors which is I knew that ...but in application they didn’t say that ...please before go ahead call them don’t west your time with them Yes right amigo can give from £500 to £1000000 but you must be home owner doesn’t matter poof credit...highly don’t recommend..yes they staff friendly but information totally fake
