“Waste of time everyone is accepted according to there system but of course they are not. Called me and said it had to go back to the underwriters and they would get back to be in one hour but nothing. Next day there are closed and I am not holding by breath that I WILL EVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM. There will never bother if they cant get you accepted to call you back. But remember they already tell you that you have been accepted. So don't bother get finance through your dealer they are best at it!!”

“So, the decision was made to change my car. Historically, for me at least, that's the easy part of the process. This time though, I had to get a little finance to get the car I wanted. This was not something to look forward to. I consulted the all knowing Google to try and find a finance company that would accept me and my recent chequered history, for reasons beyond my immediate control. The first company to appear was My Car Credit and so I completed the online form and waited for the heartache to start. I needn't have worried as it turns out. The very next day I got a call from one of their staff, Andy. He introduced himself and then we got to the business of the finance and searching for the car. From that initial call, Andy was a complete joy to deal with. Because I wasn't sure what to go for, I gave him my must have's for the car I'd buy. I searched the internet and so did he. What was clear was that he only wanted to get me into a car that was best for me and my needs - there was no pressure, he helped me immensely and much more than I should reasonable be able to expect. The entire process was slick, efficient and easier than I have ever experience with any type of service I have used. The customer focus was absolute, the help was competent and entirely appropriate to my needs, the documentation was all sorted online in about 10 minutes. My car credit have actually recalibrated my views of finance companies for cars, such was the ease of which this was initiated and concluded within a week of the initial contact. Poor Andy put up with a bombardment of links to prospective vehicles and he ran the checks and got the figures extremely quickly and he was a great advisor. When he wasn't available I spoke to his team colleagues and they were exactly the same as Andy - consistent, competent, efficient and customer focussed. I would recommend to anyone out there that these are the people to go to when looking for vehicles and finance - would I be a repeat customer? You bet I would - it's just not possible to put a price on the things that they did for me and the way in which it was all done. If you are looking for a finance deal, try this company first - you'll be doing yourself a massive favour.”

“I had to get a car as my old car broke . I was passed onto a guy called Steve who was fantastic and helped me with any problems and with the whole process. A couple of hiccups which again Steve managed in a professional manner. Very very impressed. As had finance before and wasn't happy. This company is brilliant and Steve is a credit to the company”
