“My first intro to MCC was actually the last call I wanted to pick up because I was exhausted from calling a few finance companies and being disheartened by the rates and options. I thought I won't be able to get the car I want... but then Jack completely turned this around simply by not being a hard salesmen but almost like a friend I was venting to. He took every step to answer all my questions and explain things without ever making me feel rushed or daft. By the end of the call I felt nothing by happiness and relief that I FINALLY found the right people!!! From then on Leah came into the picture and despite the number of calls, messages and emails I've sent her she never once failed to get back to me and reassure me of every step of the process. So to both of you I say thank you. Thank you for being the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for service. Thank you for your kindness. I've always said that successful businesses invest in the right people. And MCC delivered. I can't be loud enough. I'm one mobile very chuffed customer!!! Yay!!! Ps. “Very personal tailored service. Friendly and helpful advice, no questions are unanswered no matter how difficult or ‘silly’. Knowledge of their business is comprehensive and robust. No hesitation in recommending My Car Credit - excellent customer service, as a customer you’re shown courtesy, understanding and patience, you feel valued. “From start to finish I had an excellent service provided by my car credit . The staff are so friendly they work so quickly and efficiently for you and have your best interests at heart . I highly recommend my cc to anyone who is looking for a new finance option . They go above and beyond all the time . They had my safety at their best interests too by having my motorbike fully checked over before it was handed to my self . I greatly appreciate their help and professionalism”

“Very good service. Could explain how long the monies takes to show at Garage as unable to collect the car until it’s there, told all done on Friday but nothing yet there on Monday when I rang to query was then told it can be up to 3 days.”

“Very long winded process, I have used car finance 24/7 before and they literally pay out straight away same day not a 3 working day timescale. Maybe you should adopt this style especially in this day and age when you can send thousands of pounds instantly to any where in the world it seems a little draconian that it’s taking 3 days. My advisor was great though! Your staff certainly save the processes you have in place. The team are brilliant but I highly doubt I will use the company again. Please can I highlight again molly gee was brilliant a great asset to the team along with all the other staff members I spoke too, it’s just a shame there are limitations. I think it’s fair to say though that you did come to my aide when Zopa messed up and for that I am greatful!”

“I financed two cars at the same time, one using my car credit and the other using the one a dealership recommended (black horse). My car credit have made it difficult at every step, asking me to sign all paper work by hand (I don't own a printer) and taking days to come back with any answers or not coming back to me at all. Black horse was all online and funds were sent and arranged in 1 day. I am currently on day 5 with my car credit and the funds are meant to be with the dealership today, however I am not holding my breath looking at other reviews. If you're unsure whether to go for these or the one your dealership is recommending I would 100% recommended steering clear.”

Whilst the majority of our lenders do offer digital signing options, unfortunately the lender who you were approved with does not. Our only option was to have the paperwork completed manually, and we do agree that this is much less efficient. Now that everything is completed, we hope you are enjoying your new car.
