“This was so easy from start to finish. Christie at My Car Credit was prompt, polite and very efficient at answering any of my queries. Even when I requested a higher amount this was no trouble and Christie got back to me very quickly. When I was searching for a vehicle i knew it had to be the right one to justify the finance and even though my search took a little longer than anticipated it was worth it. From the moment I found the vehicle I wanted Christie made me feel at ease that the funds would be in my bank in time to purchase the vehicle. Thank you so much, I'm now a happy VW T5 owner :-)”

“You know from the from the first point of contact when I first applied on line, the service and support has been amazing. The competitive interest rate has proven hard to be beat. “Well, my car blew up the other day, was panicking cos I don't have much money & urgently need car for work So I shopped around a bit, found these guys, and the girl who was my adviser Chelsea, done a fantastic job, 3 days from applying to driving away a new car I feel bad I had to go down this route, but left with little choice, however I am happy with the car, the service & the charge is reasonable too”

“for me, it was the fact that the whole application process was simplified and dealt with accordingly allowing me to continue with my job and daily routine without much interruption. I also found that the adviser "Christie" was very professional and very knowledgeable which helped smooth out the whole process as well as keep me interested in the firm, There is a lot of competition in car finance and I had already spoken with another adviser prior. I have had car credit previously and I can safely say that the service received on this occasion was above and beyond, I was also placed with a high street lender where many were quick to suggest i may have to go to Motonovo or Close Bros, so on that note thank you Christie. You are a credit to your firm and I hope that they see this.”

“My experience with My Car Credit was great! Chelsea Tromans was who I dealt with from beginning to end and I must say she is great at what she does. I was always fully aware of what stage the process was at, she keep me informed at all stages. Between calls and emails she kept on top of my application until it was finalised and helped me as much as she could. She was very pleasant and approachable. I would definitely recommend using My Car Credit to a friend.”
