“I found the Application easy, then the I was a little disappointed with the communication side, I talk to the call centre who said they would call back in two hours which in reality took 3 days to make further contact. I felt I continually chase for updates and progress of the application. The departments are a bit disjointed with opening times, IE payouts closed before the call centre. All in all I found the process quite stressful. But in the end the finance is in place and I pick the car up tomorrow. So thank you, but could have been a smoother process”

The whole process took less than a week from initial enquiry to payment of the vehicle for collection. If you are looking for car credit I would give molly at My Car Credit a go and from my experience you won’t be disappointed”

“We have used My Car Credit twice and both times the service has been excellent. Once they received the information needed they quickly processed our loan. But they also offered help making sure we found the perfect car and that everything was legal and above board with the seller concerned which also helped protect us.”

“Looks like fake reviews on this website. Check trustpilot for the real reviews. VERY slow at getting car finance and they do require alot of chasing to get things moving. The staff are not very helpful and definitely not professional.”

ALL customers, no matter what their experience, are invited to review us as soon as their application is completed. Furthermore, our Trustpilot reviews also give us 4.4/5*. With regards to your own application, we can see that there was a slight delay. This was because we had to refer your rate to our manual underwriting team as it initially came back higher than the rate we quoted you.
