I’m actually really upset and angry with everything. If I new that you guys would take so long to change a car that I’ve chosen (a car that I haven’t even send face to face, when I did saw I didn’t like the car). So guys just in case if anyone is looking to take a finance with them, make sure you go to the dealer and see the car first before calling the credit finance to add your car, because they take ages to change just the car details, to the car that you want. The credit finance have deposit the money to the dealer and the car that I wanted was with the same dealer and the amount was the same, so all they had to do is contact the finance department to change the car details and send me the new cantava with the details of the new car. Now they are getting the money back from the dealer so they can do a new documents and then send the money back again to them. So be in mind that in cause by any change you decide that you don’t like the car, they are not as helpful and quickly as they was at the first time time. It’s going to be a week that I’ve decided to change the car and every day I have to give them a call to know what’s going on. And they don’t seem to help and do anything about it. It’s really frustrating. If they don’t resolve by the end of this week I will cancel all the loan. So guys don’t go as far to find a car get a car local to you, so you can see the car before agreeing to anything

Unfortunately in your situation, it is not always a simple case of swapping one car for another once the finance has been paid out. Instead, the initial agreement needs to be unwound and a new agreement put in place. It is this process that is taking time. Not happy about it, because I went to get the car, and I didn’t like the car. So the agency told me to contact again with my car credit. My car Credit told me to re do a new application form, they’ve said they would try to speak with Santander to change the car over to the new car that I like which is with the same company. The money from the loan is already with the company and they are taking so long to just to change over the car. The amount of money is the same, and the only thing that they should do is just to get me a new agreement. But they want to take the money over again, so they can send it back again to the car company for the new car.

Bought a car online via Evolution Funding. Car broke down 2 days after leaving the showroom. I returned the car and opted to reject the goods and the finance which was well within the 14 days cooling off period. Evolution never helped, they simply passed the problem and said it’s not their problem. By the way I still don’t have the car, the dealer is apparently still fixing it, it’s been 36 days now. I say apparently because there has been zero communication from anyone. I will never use Evolution Funding, friendly at the start but terrible after sales service. I hope no one else got out like I did

Dear Mthandeki, thank you for leaving us your feedback. We take all complaints seriously and so have investigated this matter thoroughly, including listening to call recordings. We have been able to establish that given the circumstances, you have been advised correctly to contact your lender and open a complaint with them. As your finance agreement is with them and not with us as the broker, we are unable to assist with any issues that may arise once the agreement has been completed. For me at was a really bad experience that caused a lot of stress They never informed me that the dealership i chose was rejected by them, in the meantime i have paid a deposit for the car which was non refundable. I had to opt out, and this created a lot of stress because I had to urgently find another loan in order not to loose my deposit. Communication wasn't great at all.

We have looked at your application and it appears that you wished to take out finance on behalf of another person - referred to as an accommodation deal. Even where a customer can afford finance on behalf of another person, accommodation deals are not supported by any of our lenders due to their high risk to both you and them. Absolutely shocking service, was told to e sign a document so that I can go and view a car, they’ve then proceeded to put this car on my credit file even though I declined the car. Now that this is on my credit file they still won’t admit fault for this and I have been waiting for 12 days for an email confirmation to confirm I do not have finance on this vehicle. Poor from start to finish, quick to take a sale but don’t want to know when you have a complaint to make. Shocking.

I originally got a quote from Experian saying this was the cheapest company. However, when the quote came through after speaking to my car credit the quote had risen £37 per month with no proper explanation that made sence to someone who has a credit rating is in the 900s. Most of the staff were very polite, although one was quite sharp and rude which nearly made me stop the application. I needed the vehicle asap therefore continued with the application otherwise I would have pulled out. Next time I will hold out longer.

Easy to apply through clearscore but everything which involved human input was a mess. Wrongly advised regarding pick up of vehicle which cost me nearly £100 train fare and a day off work. When I complained and asked for my train fare to be refunded they even messed up the complaint I lodged, which needed to be resubmitted as an email (after 2 weeks of hearing nothing) before refusing to take any responsibility saying it was all my fault 🤬.

Looks like fake reviews on this website. Check trustpilot for the real reviews. VERY slow at getting car finance and they do require alot of chasing to get things moving. The staff are not very helpful and definitely not professional.

With regards to your own application, we can see that there was a slight delay. This was because we had to refer your rate to our manual underwriting team as it initially came back higher than the rate we quoted you. Took too long from enquiry and still awaiting payout to the garage. Had an email stating “complete” and you can arrange to pick the car up. Changed my insurance over and the garage have said they haven’t received payment. Spoke to someone and now been told it can take up to 3 working days to clear. Maybe this should be stated in the email you send saying “congratulations it’s all complete”. Although James has been helpful not a great experience overall. Will be over 12 days from first enquiry by the time I pick the car up!

Totally mislead poor service didn’t explain what they were offering and poor web design. Wanted a loan to buy a car still not sure what they were trying to offer. Misleading and lack of clear explanation, even the text I got was misleading.

Unfortunately, their response to my post was incorrect, I was not contacted every day, I had to chase them, One word False ! If Audi and Ford are happy to offer me credit, why can't these? good question, think before you provide them with sensitive information

Don't believe what you read, amateurs! Had to chase them all the time, they initially contact you and then the interest dies away, the chap I dealt with was ill or off and apologetic, well sort of. Funny thing is Ford were more than keen to offer credit to me, I just thought I would shop around as I have had the car from new for just over three years. I also had an Audi account for my daughter that was paid on time every time and completed. This lot I would give a very wide birth. They want bank statements etc, I earn a reasonable amount, more than most, in fact I have checked out my credit report after giving this lot/whoever serious information. My advise, think carefully !

As a broker, our role is to submit your application to the lenders most suited to your requirements and circumstances. On this occasion, the two most suitable lenders were unable to help. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

I can't believe all the reason reviews have been good and I can't see a bad one. makes me highly suspicious considering the service I have just had. Awful, truly awful. Told me I had the finance in place, then I didn't then, then definitely did so I put a deposit down on a vehicle, then there were more snags. People not getting back to me, surly staff member making excuses about Covid-19. Let me be clear, I had a Good credit score when this started too. Have since found the finance I needed from someone else, in 1 day. Still waiting (3 days) for a manager to get back to my original complaint. Nobody available today either. I got put onto this lot by Experian who shall also be receiving a complaint.

Avoid this company!! After upload twice my driving licence and signed twice the pre contact, has aproved and today had a call regarding some security questions, asking about a insurance value to be told that a failed the answer ( have 3 insurances ), now i have to send to them my driving licence. Time wasters.

Told we were accepted but then had to chase them all the time. Told incorrect information and lost out on 2 cars. Finally declined with no explanation even though credit history isnt bad. Offered finance at double monthly payments with no explanation as to why. Very unprofessional approach.
