Easy to apply through clearscore but everything which involved human input was a mess.
Wrongly advised regarding pick up of vehicle which cost me nearly £100 train fare and a day off work.
When I complained and asked for my train fare to be refunded they even messed up the complaint I lodged, which needed to be resubmitted as an email (after 2 weeks of hearing nothing) before refusing to take any responsibility saying it was all my fault 🤬.
