Hi Timothy We are sorry your order hasn't yet landed, it was despatched from us on the 12th of September to the USA via Royal Mail and orders are currently taking 3 weeks on average to arrive, therefore we anticipate this will land in the next week. 50 € customs fees for a purchase of 100 €. I'll think about it better next time.

Post charging is very expensive i think they make more money out of over priced post than parts

Nothing bad to say about mx5parts, just brexit and they don't finding a way to dispatch the goods from wythin EU. Like so many other UK business did. Order placed on August 1st, received today, 31... before brexit was usually 5 days.

I ordered an IL Motorsport centre section exhaust with 200 cell cat, which took over 4 months to be delivered and unfortunately when it was delivered the exhaust clamp that comes with the exhaust was missing. MX5 Parts soon sent a replacement clamp but it wasn't of the same style as should have been included in the first place. I can't blame MX5 Parts necessarily for the issues with this order as I realise there are worldwide supply issues following the pandemic, and I have never had an issue with MX5 Parts in the past, so the review is more for IL Motorsport.

Great selection of parts, overpriced compared to competitors and doesn’t offer ANY discount for owners club that it’s a sponsor for!

Service was good. But given you're havily involved with MX-5 owners club, it'd be nice to have a discount code. Although I appreciate you can't discount everything all of the time. Isn't it agame of cat and mouse, since we'll wait for a flash sale discount before we shop? So why not increase loyalty and uptake with a members discount?

Im not happy with the quality of your Chrome wing mirror set. Both chrome wing mirror rings have a flaw on the outside edge as if something touched them while their coating were wet. The chrome Bar covers were flawless and the carpet mats fitted perfectly.

The part supplied was incorrect and has had to be returned for a refund Generally, the dealings I had were good although delivery of the parts were delayed by several days as the company experienced some "problems"

Plinth did not sit very well on the bumper. The fixings supplied were to short to secure properly!

Usually excellent. Only had the one recent failure when I ordered sump plugs and got Spark plugs but, as above usually excellent.
