“The service is very good. The reason for only 4 stars is a confusion in the slightly ambiguous wording of an email. (see highlighted part of photo) The wing mirror had to be ordered up due to the colour but the email made me think there were no wing mirrors at all. I assumed they were painted to order and nothing in stock meant no wing mirrors available for painting. The issue was clarified by an email saying "We will ship the order when we have stock to send." I may be a bit slow but, while the email obviously made sense to the person sending it, it seemed to me that the situation was on hold with no indication as to whether stock was expected soon or not.”

“Excellent service but carriage costs to offshore islands prohibitively expensive. The rubber mats I just bought had to be sent to a relative on the mainland as the postage quoted to a Scottish island was £13 more!”

“Great website for mx5 parts. Always very quick delivery, however this is rather pricey and does not vary depending on what is purchased, so makes you reluctant to order one item if it’s just for something small. They did communicate with me well when making a change to my order which was good. Use them regularly and will continue to use them”

“The part is Mazda quality and easy to fit. It improves the seatbelt movement/ speed on an older model (2007) as mine is but it does not completely cure the slow retraction of the belt which I have cleaned and lubricated. I believe its the age and condition of the retraction mechanism as my car is always roof down which over time means probably quite a lot of dust in the workings and the springs age.”

“Hi, my Mk.1 is actually a Eunos Roadster (Japanese import). The windows switch was a perfect fit and works fine, although it was a slightly different style of switch button. The gear lever boot was also a different style but not as good in quality as the original but it works fine. Hope this helps. Thanks. Tony.”

“The service was good but yhe web site did not detail that discs came in pairs. On the ebay site it is clrar that discs are in pairs. I ordered from the web site and got 4 discs instead of two. They were also marked front discs on each box and then rejected by my workshop who ordered 2 rear discs from another supplier to complete the work at extra cost to me. The discs were returned and credited to me. The web site should be clear discs are in paurs as is e bay and boxes should be marked with the correct description.”
