The range of accessories and parts is good, and many are of good quality at a reasonable price. Some of the cheaper bits, especially interior, are below standard. I recently bought a boot rack and a style bar. No instructions were included, and the latter does not appear to be for my model. They ignored my first email and later denied receiving it. Trust me, they got it. Then they responded to my second by attaching instructions for the rack, but not the bar.
Pity. This type of thing is easy to fix.
