A nice company to find almost anything you'll might need for your Mx5, idk if yo'r buying inside UK but in my case i bought some stuff from spain and it took quite a bit to recieve the package also very pricy a simple cuby box went up to almost 40€ everything included. +Variety of products - A little bit pricy

I was surprised when selecting next day delivery the items were stuck at picking for a number of days. This caused me to miss the attempted delivery twice almost resulting in a return due to work commitments. I did call to cancel an item as I had inadvertently left a gasket in my basket the next day, but was advised the only way to do so was to cancel the entire order. Requiring the other half of the order I decided to leave it, had I have known the items weren't due to be shipped that week I would have cancelled and reordered the items required.

Was not a happy bunny last purchase as it fell out side of your 10% offer l had ordered when you where closed so the item was not even processed until the offer day yet you charged me full price ...five year customer spent thousands with you l felt this was a little bit mean.....

My order was cancelled by the system because payment had not been received within a time frame. My payment was made through PayPal, maybe the system can be altered to have a longer time gap before cancelling. The other option is to not offer payment via PayPal. I made a call and placed the order, made the payment with the credit card. The order was despatched same day and received two days later. Thank you

The first order was cancelled due to a card authentication problem and I had to order twice. That's nothing you could have prevented, but it would have been better to send me something more than just "your order has been cancelled" with no explanation.

Annoying that the part ended up costing way more than originally annonced. Not MX5 parts fault directly, but they use DHL... Started at 76pounds ended up at 170punds. Part arrived quickly.

I ordered three litres of oil with oil and air filters. The carriage was 9.95 plus vat. Because the oil was out of stock, I asked you to cancel the oil and send only the filters. I was surprised to find that the carriage charge was still 9.95 plus vat which seemed a bit steep

Address input was incorrect regardless of giving fulll details. Had to phone back and get someone else to amend to ensure delivery to right address. This is not the first time this has happened. Otherwise great service. Thank you

Bought the coil pack bundle 3 years ago all was good, I know things fail but I had to replace them the other week, don't think that's to good to be fair but for the price it's not to bad just inconvenient. Good quick service and I do use the shop for most mx5 parts.

Bonjour, le colis est parfait , le silencieux est magnifique, seuls bémols. j'aurai appécié qu'il soit notifié à la commande une information sur les frais de douane pour moi 75€ . De plus deux boulons de fixations auraient été bien nécéssaires. Pas non plus de réponse à ma question à la commande sur le bruit du silencieux. Cordialement. Claude

The customs chargers incurred are charged locally by the destination country, therefore something that is out of our control unfortunately. I didn't buy anything. Order was placed and accepted but after a couple of days I received an email stating the part was not in stock. At least cost was stopped/ refunded without any issue.

The parts came in good condition and work just fine, unfortunately the packaging was completely damaged upon arrival and the box was actually torn open which shows no care was given from the currier when handling the parcel. Luckily nothing inside was damaged. It did come very quickly which was good so came just in time to fix for the weekend event I was taking my car to.
