Parts are great I bought rear bushes for my ND as it’s much cheaper than buying the whole hubs. Had them fitted by an mx5 specialist. As for the delivery, I’m unaware which service was used but after a week when I had received a message saying they’re out for delivery, I was considering getting in contact to see where they were when my wife found them behind the recycling bin when putting it out for collection. No card through the door and no message to say they had been delivered. No idea how long they had been there. Fortunately there had been no rain that week

Impressive head rest chrome backs, disappointing that the double sided tape was strong enough to stick, I rang you guys and this chap said possibly the reason they don’t stick is that there probably polish on headrest. I cleaned them as thoroughly as I could but not the best result. He was not the most helpful to be honest and I found him most patronising.

All good apart from Parcel Force who kept trying to deliver to my husbands work address after 6pm,when they were closed (opening hours were on the order). Eventually opted to collect from PO which being rural isbt near by and which would take another 3days, and then they suddenly delivered to his work the following morning, never got delivery confirmation though. As high value order we hadn't wanted it "left in safe place".

I purchased a few bits to up grade my mx5 and as always it arrived really quickly but I did have some bits missing, I did call to try and sort out and I was asked to email them with my order number and to let them know what was missing . Iv actually emailed twice now with no response which is disappointing so if you do read this perhaps you can email me back.

Asked for advice and got Zero help regarding best appropriate pats required. Asked for commitment regarding delivery and was told ‘Could by anything up to 5 days. Would not offer two day.’ Other than that ok

A very smart and well designed item, the only problem was one of the larger stickers fell off the first time I drove my car. Where I now not.

Amazing delivery time, part looks amazing unfortunately fitment wasn't great unfortunately had to hit the transmission tunnel with a hammer so the studs would line up correctly. Does give off a nice sound just a shame on th3 fitment

Disappointed with the fit of the centre wheel hub 61 mm size but does not fit flush owing to the plastics rim which shows and the original has no rim so they look different Not Quite like the original

We ordered a MX5 Mk 1 water inlet pipe which was good quality and was delivered the next day. A new gasket was required which had to be ordred seperately, when the part arrived it was noted a seperate O ring was also required which we didnt know about so we had to use the existing O ring hoping it would hold up. The new part should have been complete with the new gasket and O ring. It woud help if the information was made clearer.

Its great webside and i will not stop shopping from them. My concern comes about Polybush Rear Hub Upper & Lower Lateral Arm Bushes, MX5 Mk4. They dont make it and its not there fault that it failed, but I think 1 year warranty is not great. For me porhapse it came not perfect part and this rewiew is most is to warn other people. As mechanic i know that fail is not catastrophic, but its still not exectibal just to last 1 year and couple of months.

hello, the article is correct but the double-sided sticky doesn't hold. too bad. Beware of export taxes 33 € more for Belgium.

Wipers were a fiddle to fit because of having to remove swivel from the old wipers. There was no mention of this in the description.once fitted they worked fine

The actual product was delivered very quickly and seems to be in working order. Unfortunately, the experience was dampened by the carelessness in which it was packaged. The box was smashed and torn like a wild animal had got to it, or in the more likely scenario, it had been kicked about in a warehouse. Definitely NOT what I had expected with the money paid.

I haven't received my order yet. All I know it's been delivered to La Post France and I paid the Tarrif but I have recieved it.

Ordered and received a window regulator but on fitting it I damaged it beyond repair and needed another sending via courier overnight. Guy I spoke to was not interested in helping me obtain one overnight so I went to Mx5 city who spoke with a courier, rang me back and I had one first thing the next morning. Will use them next time for parts.

It would be great if the staff can inform buyers if part of their orders are out of stock and holding up the order. Especially if customers are paying delivery fees for same day despatch. However their sales team answer emails very promptly. Just need to be more proactive than reactive. Or they can update the website to not let you check-out items in the basket that are out of stock. When items are despatched they do arrive very quickly and well packaged.
