“Ordering process-straightforward. 24.7.26. Dispatch of order by yourselves on the same day-excellent. Collected by courier on the same day ( Parcelforce express 24 charge £9.95 ) Email from me to you ( 27.7.26.) detailing the non-delivery of my item - no response. Phone call from me to you ( 28.7.26.) seeking clarification of the situation. The response to which was, in summary, the website states that delivery may take from 1 to 3 working days. Item received. Why charge the customer for a 24 hour delivery service, which,when the conditions are not met, said customer is told by the courier provider, that they cannot access the claims process?”

“I am a returning customer from EU. Never had issues with delivery, this time, for any reason whatsoever, I had to pay some customs duty which was pretty much more (or at least the same) than what I have paid for my MX5 baseball cap. Not cool, the process should be streamlined somehow”

“I use 'MX5parts' as a source of stock components for my own 'MX5 Euphonic' & for a lady friend's 1990 MK1. Neither of us has ever had reason to be dissatisfied. The orders placed have always arrived on schedule & the components received in perfect, serviceable condition; as a result both cars remains in fine working order.”

“Ordered new wiper blades for my 1992 MX5, which was still on the original blades (the car never goes out in the rain). New blades fitted perfectly. I bought the car new 34 years ago and in those days spare parts came from the main dealership. Now I get all my replacement parts through MX5parts, an easy and reliable process”
