Déçu pièces commandées le 5/09 10jours ce sont écoulés toujours pas de Livraison pas de suivi de livraison il faut attendre 30 jours ouvrés pour faire valoir un colis perdu Ma voiture est immobilisée pendant ce temps

Hi Gregory - we are sorry your order hasn't yet been received. It was despatched on the 5th of September however due to a combination of Royal Mail strikes and longer lead times on European deliveries we anticipate this will take 2 to 3 weeks to land. Hi, recently I've made two orders, since I live outside of the UK the packages were stuck in customs, and I had to pay a big fee just for them to come to Portugal, but that's acceptable, I'm very disappointed with my purchase and mx5parts because when the package finally came today (September 15th ,2022) it came with the invoice of the big order I made, but with the items of the second small order I did the same day, soo basically I don't know where are the parts I ordered, soo now what? I tell that the package was not delivered and they send me another one? Soo I have to pay another 300€ for it to leave customs? I'm very disappointed with the service and the delivery.

Hi Jos Apologies for the issues you are experiencing with your orders, we've spoken to the courier and it looks like they switched the invoices round by accident when they were dispatched. The second parcel with the big order is in Portugal and is still going through customs and should be delivered soon. You will now get a second customs charge for the lower amount but the larger order will be delivered, so overall you will pay the same amount in VAT and duty. J'ai payer en plus 10€ de frais de douane donc je ne suis pas satisfaite pour une pièce a 8 € plus 8€ de frais de port plus 10€ de douane ça revient cher le bout de plastique ??? Cordialement Laurent lemaire

Hi Alvaro - we are sorry this hasn't arrived as yet but can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 22nd August via Royal Mail to Spain therefore it is on its way and should land in the next week or so as orders are currently taking about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Hello, Very very hangry : at the delivery, I had the very bad surprise to pay a « taxe de douan » of 45€ to get my package. It was Not specified at the ordre. I am filing a complaint. Best regards Philippe

Hi Philippe - we are sorry you are disappointed in the tax charges you had to pay, these aren't charges that we control unfortunately and are set by the destination country's import duties department. Very bad service. Exhaust manifold comes with bad welded coupler for egr pipe which I think it’s done intentionally so the customers purchase the egr delete kit. And the customer service trying to convince me that the egr pipe on my car was wrong which I repeatedly told him that was the same with what he was showing me. If I had the right tools to uninstall it easier from my car i would definitely return it.

Horrible got my item and was charged a lot on import taxes it does say it in very small writing on the terms and conditions but when talking to customer support they were. Extremely rude and not understanding at all

I ordered a part 11 months ago, I have not received it yet, I have contacted mx5parts and they tell me to contact them by email, I have sent several emails with no response. When I call, they keep saying that they have no emails and would not give me a solution. I keep trying to get the part with no success. £78 in the bin. I have ended up buying it again.

Product I bought from this company was good, no issues. However the after sales service surrounding the follow up of my delivery was abysmal. Bryan at mx5 parts could not be more disingenuous and unhelpful if he tried. I ordered part on 13th April & I finally received it on 28th April, despite paying for p&p extra. When I asked about the delay mx5 parts (Bryan) did not offer to assist in chasing the delay, simply stating it’s the courier. Very poor customer service, think twice before ordering just incase you need and after sales service/assistance

Thinking of not using you any more ,I've spent quite a bit of money with you over the years. Your great at getting stuff sent out but as soon as there's a issue it turns and I don't like the attitude I've received on a couple of occasions. I sent my recent order back due to poor quality yet haven't received a refund for me having to pay the return postage,its cost me for you shipping out a poor standard part. That's poor,very poor .

Despite someone being in the delivery address, the courier company delivered it to a different address Yes as specified the delivery drivert obtained a signature as specified But what is the point of a signature if the courier company delivers it where they like
