Website is fine, but customer service over the phone is lacking. Got the feeling from the operator like he didn't care for my business and lead time for a product not in stock was too long (6 months). So with that the order was cancelled. I did get speaking to a more helpful technical advisor when looking for parts but despite being put over the same question two times he insisted that his information was correct. It was in fact found to be wrong after further investigation. So all in not a great experience.

Still no answer to my emails, only if I leave a bad review like this one. Also they dont want to get me a refund, 0 information about my order. If you are from outside UK, please avoid buying from this company.

Hi Joel - your item was despatched from us to Spain on the 17th January via our Royal Mail service, this can take 2 to 3 weeks at present to arrive therefore we would expect this to arrive within the next week. Apologies for the delay on the order. We have also checked our emails and unfortunately can't see an email from you therefore if you would like to resend this to sales@mx5parts.co.uk we will make sure it gets picked up straight away. Hi there - your order was sent out from us on the 29th Dec, therefore given the bank holiday weekend was straight after this date and the parcel is being sent to Spain, please allow a few extra days for this to arrive as we believe it will land in the next few days. Thank you.
