Hi Bruno - we are sorry your order hasn't yet arrived, this was sent on the 31st of March therefore we would expect this to arrive by the 21st April. If it hasn't please can you check your spam folder to make sure you haven't received a notification from the courier for customs payment. The Mx5 emblem was way too big to fit on the front of the car. And the door hinge mounts don't fit. Even though both items were listed to fit a NB very disappointed

Terrible service, the order has not yet arrived and 11 days have passed, they have not given me a tracking number, nor do they give me the option to claim the package that they have already charged me for. I'm going to complain through PayPal and at least I'll leave the review so future customers can see what they're dealing with... Which is a 20-pound shipment and they haven't even provided me with a tracking number. Horrible deal.

I came up against the sad way to use gift vouchers. The way I was treated, as if I was the problem by trying to spend gift vouchers, has put me off using this company again. The gift vouchers should be seen as a sales prevention mechanism.

Kit not exactly cheap, shipping charge very expensive!!! The kit was not supplied with fitting instructions, Mazda supply them foc, yet they are available on your web site if the customer makes a search!!!, surely on a kit priced £80 five page copy of fitting instructions in with the kit would not be too much to expect. I will give very considerable consideration before purchasing any further parts from MX5parts.

Bought parts from Australia, it is taking a long time to come and was told it could take up to 3 months to arrive, no tracking is available. Other suppliers in the UK deliver in 2 weeks at the most

Sorry but this was my last order. One month after the order to Belgium, I was informed I had to pay 22,50 EUR of custom taxes on a 5 GBP item. Thank you for voting for Brexit.

Placed and paid the order on 16/01/2023 and until today the order is Processing (since 17/01/2023). Tried to contact by email and had no reply. One of the parts is urgent and I am now searching for another supplier to buy another one. Really bad experience.
