i wish i could review the over #500 worth of parts i ordered 11 days ago. unfortuntely, they haven't arrived and nobody will tell me when they might. the courier said 'nothing todo with us' in the only email i've received back. i'm only giving one star b/c zero wasn't an option. and asking me to review parts i haven't even received is just tone deaf in the extreme. i can't express how frustrated i am

On the phoning +442392-644-588 The individual that answer the phone sounded very arrogant was very rude and very unhelpful. That has been no response to my complaint and can only assume the company is more interested in money and not really that bothered about serving customers.

The salesman whom took my order confirmed I could have a refund if part was not correct, yet when my garage tried to fit it and informed me that part was faulty your 2nd salesman told me that it was a non refundable item so I lost my money, on the first order.

Your survey looks a bit coriuos to me since the part I have order has not been delivered yet. Even more I am still waiting for info about a possible delivery date and how to trace it. Regards Alberto

I ordered some headlamp units in advance of an MOT to replace the existing ones that had rusted reflectors. The parts took 12 days to arrive by which time the MOT had passed. When I realised that my MOT was at risk from the slow delivery I bought LED units elsewhere which arrived the next day.

I did an order on the 29th of January, despite the fact the on the web site it is now marked as completed, I did not receive any information about the delivery and the tracking of the package. I'm my opinion this is not a good service and it should be improved.
