Unfortunately, any correspondence with a customs department is something that is sent directly from them to you and not something that is facilitated by ourselves. since 02.12.2022 I should have received the part I ordered and paid for, and the only answer I got was that there was no tracking IT IS NOT CORRECT...!!!

Order 3320872 dispatched 15/12/2022 Today 28th December (13 days after) not yet arrived. A small dipstick, smaller like a key, where is it ? Holidays of Mail service ? Can you help me ?

Unresponsive customer service. No replies for my emails for about 2 weeks. Horrible delivery schedule - a month and package hasn't arrived in EU yet. Will be recommending for Latvian Miata community to stay away from your shop.

You said the order was despatched on 29 November. Today is 21 December and as yet, I have received nothing. I'm getting a little concerned as you stated delivery would take 5 - 7 days.

I was unable to pay by credit card. The only possibility I had was to pay by PayPal and I couldn't enter id and password. I had to abord my purchase. Very disappointed.

However, post-Brexit and due to local postal strikes in the UK, international deliveries take on average 2 to 3 weeks, therefore we envisage this will arrive shortly. Parts ordered 2 weeks ago,never received them,when emailed about checking location of package was told there was no way of doing this,car sitting at mechanics garage now because no parts arrived,not happy

Hi Colin - this was dispatched to Ireland from us on the 12th of September via Royal Mail and orders can take up to 3 weeks therefore we hope this will arrive over the next few days. However, if we can ask that you make sure you check to see if you have had any customs notices as sometimes if this notice isn't addressed it can delay the delivery. Regards MX5parts

Thank you for the opportunity to advise about my experience. I ordered and paid for a set of front disc pads for my MX5 (series 2) on September 6, todate Sept 16 they still have not arrived. I have no order number nor do I have a tracking number to find out where the parts are - very unhappy, thank you for asking.

Hi Selwyn We are sorry that your parts haven't landed as yet, however, these were dispatched on the 7th by Royal Mail to South Africa.
