“Amazing collection of guitars,amps and also pedals in store, really lovely staff,knowledgeable and experts in their business,wrote a poor review stating how bad delivery and updates were but music street cannot help this, it’s out of their hands and to do with suppliers!”

“Really good shop, they've always had stock available when I've ordered. I had problems with the loyalty scheme though, it doesn't tell you that you can't apply two codes to one order - I found out the hard way after I'd redeemed two £10 discount codes that it would only apply one! Also bear in mind that next day delivery actually is next working day delivery. I ordered on Friday knowing DPD deliver on Saturdays only to find that the good won't arrive until Monday. The lack of clarity there caught me out and a mix up at DPD made it even worse.”

“Delivery was prompt and satisfactory. The only downside was SG Future I ordered didn't have the gearless tuners as described on the web page which was initially disappointing, however Musicstreet were curtious and mailed the correct machine heads without quibbling. The action on the guitar was high but not an issue as I service guitars anyway. Overall MusicStreet take their reputation seriously and I would recommend and use them again on merit of their customer service.”
