I bought my first "serious" guitar recently. Sam and others were truly helpful and friendly, as was the PRS representative who was there for a special event. I am very happy with the guitar, and the buying experience. One star missing, as the store is very small and cramped, and while they do their best to give you time and space to try your purchase, a separate "audition studio" would work better for me.
