“Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys - superb service, huge stock of awesome guitars, strings & accessories - but above all, always a warm and friendly welcome with excellent customer care. Oh - and superb after-sales care too! One word of warning - keep your credit card out of easy reach - because once you're in the shop I can guarantee you will be VERY tempted to leave with a beautiful instrument in your hand! “the price on the guitars are on power with ebay when you compare the price on ebay to Music street price you may as well pay for a new guitar from Music street. looking at other Music shops that are on ebay they have to give around form 5% to 15% of their guitars to better Music street Guitars gak-Music are offering 15% of their Squier Classic Vibe 50s Stratocaster price is 372 pounds with the 15% of that then becomes 316.20 pound. Were music street price is 349 pound all ready. So take note buy your guitar from a shop you can trust look at what a music shop can offer you look to see if they offer rebuilds and set ups for you guitar .As many shops that sell guitars and parts offer no set up's or can not do rebuilds on your guitar.”

“I purchased an Eastman Sb59 from Music Street and the service I received from them was possibly the best service I’ve received in any guitar shop in over 30years. To start they were extremely welcoming and accommodating, making sure my wife and daughter were comfortable and had a cuppa (this was pre-covid) whilst I was given free reign to ‘try what I liked’. There was no pressure to buy or hard sell and I they were completely reasonable about me going away to think on the purchase. Of course two days later I got in contact and purchased the Eastman. The store contacted me wanting to know what my preferred strings and set up were. I enquired what they’d charge to alter it to 50s wiring and they offered to do it as part of the deal. I was too excited to wait for delivery so rushed over after work letting them know I was on my way. Ended up running slightly late and they hung on for me. Couldn’t ask for better service than that. Music Street went above and beyond at every step of the way.”
