“First guitar I’ve purchased online so I was a little nervous to say the least! Andy and the guys at Music Street were great at putting my mind at rest and the guitar is everything I hoped for and much more.”

“I had been searching for a new guitar and amp online for a couple of weeks. Availability was very low due to the impact of Covid and with it being so soon after Christmas. I came across Music Street online by chance and found the products that I was after at a very good price. As I knew nothing about them I checked out their Facebook page to confirm their reputation and received an extra discount!! The guitar and amp were delivered in 36 hours. They were well packed and exactly as described. I could not be happier with my purchase and it is great to be able to support an independent music shop online especially when the high street shops are shut to customers due to Covid restrictions. Well done Music Street and thank you.”

“Really friendly staff, ordered my new guitar on a Friday and they called me to ask if it's okay to send it on the following Monday so that it's not sat in a cold depot over the weekend. Plus it was the only shop online that the guitar I wanted was in stock. Great service”

“Been admiring the finish on 2021 PRS SE Custom Bonnie Pink and while hunting the internet for the best deal I discovered MusicStreet had one in stock. Put it in my basket then hesitated as I hadn’t dealt with MusicStreet before. Got an email the following morning from MusicStreet offering me a 5% discount which negated the postal cost to Northern Ireland. As the PRS was practically sold out everywhere else and MusicStreet had offered me the best deal with a deep breath I hit the purchase button. Needn’t have worried. PRS arrived a few days later with the best packaging I’d seen in 30 years of buying guitars. Consequently the guitar was in immaculate condition plus no setup needed as it was good to go out of the box. Very happy customer then and will certainly deal with MusicStreet again.”

“Many thanks to Tim for taking the time to discuss my guitar needs. No small feat in lockdown! As a result I bought my PRS SE and am absolutely delighted! It’s given me a fresh outlook having an instrument the right size! Excellent service; well packaged & set up so that I could play it straight away. Definitely recommend Musicstreet and I look forward to visiting the shop in person when that’s an option 10/10, guys!”
