“I'm very pleased with musicstreet and the first time I have used you. I bought a variax standard and really like the guitar. Delivered on time but not so happy about DPD. There was a knock at the door 7pm and I went to the front door to see the DPD van about to drive away. There was nothing at the front door. I gestured to the driver, where is it? He rolled down his window and shouted "at your side door" then drove off. I thought DPD were meant to deliver and take photo of you receiving the item in your doorway. Clearly not done! Anyway 5 stars to musicstreet but DPD needs to sort this”

“A great guitar shop experience yesterday, visited Music Street - interested in Epiphone ‘Billie Joe Armstrong’ Les Paul Junior. Friendly greeting from Tony on walking though the door…. An amazing display & stock of guitars meets the eye.. Just the right balance of assistance with out being pressured. “I bought some strings and guitar cleaner, the prices were competitive but I think the £7 postage made it a bit expensive. A competitor offers free postage on orders over £30... as my order was over £50 I would preferred to have not paid so much in couriers fees.”

Only negatives are the guitar description didn’t mention the guitar only came with three trem springs (factory is five and the removed springs weren’t included in the case) and didn’t mention the strap buttons had been replaced with strap locks (originals were included in the case though)”
