“I bought a B Stock Revstar online. I sent multiple messages via their web chat and always got reponses very quickly, that were acurate and very helpful, including the weight of the guitar and multiple photos of the blemish that made it a b stock item. Sent me a personalised link to pay after knocking a bit off the asking price, and the guitar arrived 2 days later even though i bought it after hours. Cracking stuff all round.”

“Price, customer service, delivery time. Can't fault anything except the person who restrung the guitar didnt do ay wrap around on the pegs ....so that when i tuned to pitch and loosened one of the tuning pegs the string popped out and couldn't get it back in . I had to replace 2 strings. Think the least you could have done was send a new set of strings. Otherwise very happy”

Apologies your Duesenberg multibender took longer than expected to arrive, we can only go by the eta's the manufacturers give us, unfortunately hold-ups with customs and postal strikes are out of our control.
