“Customer service excellent. I returned the night sky because I thought it was faulty, they looked into it and informed me what I had to do and returned it to me, all good. But I also purchased a build your own pinball machine, very poor quality, falls apart whilst trying to build, some parts are not labelled. Very disappointed grandson. I daren't even open the Engenius.”

The Night Sky you returned simply required the lens cover to be removed. The Build Your Own Pinball is a great product; we've sold hundreds of these over the years and literally never had any that have been faulty. As a printed product, there is very little that can go wrong with it! We would urge you to persevere, and do let us know if you need a second copy of the instructions that came with the set.
