Very disappointed in Mulberry Bush, I would not recommend, at all. Ordered Le Toy Van Castle on the 11th December delivered very late with box damaged before leaving Mulberry Bush premises as Plastic cover for delivery was not damaged. The bundle of knights, horses and dragons for which I paid extra was an absolute disgrace. Plastic junk , couldn't stand the knights and horses up Equivalent to free plastic toy in a cereal packet. Customer Services this morning were abysmal. I had received an email asking me to give them to give them a review and that if I wasn't happy to contact them prior to posting a poor review

Dear Customer, thanks for your review, we are sorry you are disappointed. The tracking for your parcel shows it was delivered exactly a week after you ordered, which in the run up to Christmas was exactly what we were promising on our website. You used our free Standard Delivery service, we do offer a faster Next Day Delivery service for customers wanting quicker delivery which was available should you have wanted it. Regarding the damages, our team do not knowingly send out faulty items, but if any of the components of your castle were damaged please let us know so we can help replace them and resolve this for you. When you phoned this morning you believed that the knights were a wooden Papo set, which we explained that they weren't, but that there were as we advertise them on our website. They are certainly not equivalent to "a plastic toy you might get in a cereal packet", but we're sorry you feel that they are of poor quality. The knights set (when bought with the castle) are just £7, allowing children to have a set of knights to play with in their new castle. Again, when you phoned we explained all of this, which we feel is totally reasonable, we are sorry you consider this to be poor customer service. Once again, we are sorry you are diappointed and we are happy to help resolve any issues with the castle if there are any faultly/damaged parts. Best wishes, Mulberry Bush

I've used mulberry bush before and had no issues but this time I'm beyond disappointed. I paid for next day delivery on the 15th and Our order never arrived. Parcleforce claims it's "lost " and mulberrybush is closed for business until 2nd January. This means a majority of my kids Christmas presents are lost and I've had to rush to the shops and panic order presents on Amazon on the 23rd and have no way to claim back the £250 I spent at Mulberry Bush. How can a toy shop close from 22 Dec over Xmas with no customer support?????

Dear Customer, we are so sorry it sounds like Parcelforce have lost your parcel. We were open all day Friday 22nd and we could have sent replacement items to you if you’d have contacted us sooner. Of course it is entirely Parcelforce’s fault they appear to have lost your parcel but contacting us so late gives us no time to help you. We literally had a couple of calls checking up on orders on Friday and with our couriers not accepting parcels on Saturday for pre-Christmas delivery with felt it wasn’t going to be helpful for customers for us to be open on Saturday 23rd and it would be more helpful for our staff to have a well earned break. Again, we’re sorry your parcel appears to have been lost. Please email us with all the details and we’ll investigate/refund you

Sadly the whooping cushion doesn't whoop !, I will be returning it. Delivery and packaging was good so I have given it one star.

As per our email communication, we are sorry you are disappointed and you felt we were patronising. We have explained to you on multiple occasions why the personalised item you received is not faulty. You may not be happy with it but the item is as advertised and is not faulty. Describing our customer service as poor just because you haven’t got your way is inaccurate and bluntly not fair. We have gone out of our way to listen to your concern and explain the situation. We are sorry that you feel this was poor customer service.

The torch/projector is very poor, the picture is very blurred. I would not recommend this product. I am disappointed with the purchase and will be returning it. I have always been satisfied with purchases from you but not this time. Disappointed

My mum has purchased The Wall Climbing Super Car from Mulberry Bush. Every time we put it on the wall and put on suction mode it just falls down and it doesn't even work. I was waiting for it to arrive for many days and I'm very annoyed. You charged us £25 for a tiny car that doesn't even work. It was my dream since I was 3 years old. I've been crying for half an hour. It’s a tiny car that just gets thrown away and pollutes the earth and whoever makes this should be more thoughtful (plus it’s very irritating and loud). My family is going to send it back immediately. It’s not a very nice toy and it’s too expensive.

The kit we bought was for 5+ our grandson is 12 and found it hard to do. The wheels broke and there were no instructions. Very poor product.

I paid a premium for next day delivery but the package did not arrive until the end of the third day ( not related to postal strikes as it came via courier.) Packaging and presentation poor...just a sad looking plastic bag. I bought the doll primarily as it was advertised as a " Poppy" doll and was for a little girl named Poppy but the only indication of the name was in tiny print on the label. Apart from these disappointments the doll was of adequate qualty and design.

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery of your order. Prior to Christmas, because of the Royal Mail strikes, all other courier networks were inundated with parcels to the point where they all really struggled. The courier for your order may not have been Royal Mail but it was these strikes that caused most delays. Nevertheless, having checked the tracking for your parcel, I can see it was delivered just one day late (48hrs after despatch), and in plenty of time for Christmas. Unfortunately mine was not a good experience with Mulberry Bush. My items were Christmas presents for my daughter and were lost in transit by the logistics company. When I contacted Mulberry Bush to advise, they said they would not send replacements or issue a refund until they had opened an investigation with the courier (which cannot be done for 5 working days from the date the items reported missing) and they had to complete the process in full before resending me new items or issuing a refund. I bought the items elsewhere and am still waiting to hear from the Mulberry Bush regarding my refund. Such a shame as I prefer to support smaller businesses, but on this occasion a larger retailer provided the goods without problems.

Dear Customer, thanks for your review, sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with us. The tracking for your original parcel showed it was delivered (ie not lost in transit). However, because you advised us you hadn't received your parcel we asked the courier to investigate where it had been delivered. The courier company confirmed the GPS location for the delivery of your parcel, which matched the location of your address - however they are continuing to investigate this for us.
