very disappointed with the 2 x voice changes i purchased for Christmas presents.

Dear Customer, thanks for your reviews, sorry to hear you are not happy with your Voice Changers. We don't any record of any order for you for this item, perhaps you ordered under a different order number/postcode/surname etc? With the Voice Changers we've found over the years that they work best when pressed against the lips - they pick up the sound of your voice much better that way. If that doesn't work, please let us know (and let us know the order number you ordered these on) and we'd be very happy to help.

The service from Mulberry Bush was good but the product was defective. It was a Hammer Peg Bench purchased for our thirteen-month-old grandson. However, on Christmas Day, we gave it to him and he started to play, we noticed one of the holes had no "restrainer" in it so the peg dropped straight through the hole. It didn't seem to be broken just missing. I know we could have returned it but our son was up from London and said not to bother. Very disappointing although our grandson is probably too young to have noticed.

O paid extra for next day delivery, took a bloody week for it to arrive. Not happy.

Dear Customer, thanks for your review, sorry to hear you were disappointed. On your order you selected and paid for Standard Delivery, you did not select Next Day Delivery. In the run up to Christmas we do advise delivery leadtimes of around a week for our standard delivery service. Ordered 4 items then tried to print the receipt. Each page was obscured by a massive notice Sign-up To Receive Deals & Offers! Enter your email address. Then on the next line: Sign me up! Then underlined on the next line: No Thanks. Problem is there is no response if you press No Thanks or the cross at the top right of the notice. Printed first 3 pages of the receipt, each completely obscured by Sign-up To Receive Deals & Offers! I could only print the receipt after I clicked Sign me up! If Mulberry Bush read this, please unsign me.

I ordered a gift for my grandchild to be sent to her address in Arundel. I put the address where it was to be delivered in your online form. It was delivered to my address here in Faversham - I then had to send it on to Arundel which cost £7.49 Royal Mail first class. An expensive mistake on the part Of Mulberry Bush,

I bought some personalised writing pencils and a pen which were fine, and also the Jumbo Zipped Pencil Case Set. Most of the items in the jumbo set were ok, the printing of the name is not of the best quality. The colouring pencils were very poor quality and will be going in the bin. The colour is very faint and the material of the pencil is very brittle so they keep breaking. I sent two emails to Mulberry about it but they didn’t reply.

On this occasion I wasn’t happy with a couple of the products form a Christmas order that literally fell apart before we could use and the magnetic word calendar is a complete waste of money. Sending it back for refund and experienced a rude customer service agent. Won’t be buying from here again.

In our email exchange we explained that the photo you sent of the magnetic words makes it appear that you may have pealed off the piece above the magnetic strip, meaning the piece is unusable. In our emails to you we offered you a replacement or a free return. A different indepentant member of our team has re-read the email exchange we had with you and they don't feel it was rude, but we are sorry if you've interpreted it as such. I was really disappointed with the dinosaur torch projector as it is so small. I thought for the price it was not worth it. I have had to get an additional present to make it look like a decent present.

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback. All our catalogues are printed on paper produced from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources (PEFC) and we encourage customers to recycle catalogues once they have finished with them (or pass them on to a friend/relative!) We are also able to suppress mailings to individuals if that's what you as individuals would prefer, you just need to ask us not to mail you. I ordered 3 items for toddlers for Xmas. One was a small kaleidoscope and I specifically asked for "blue, not pink" but I was sent a pink one. It also doesn't even work properly in that it doesn't make patterns. The customer has to pay p&p for returns so it isn't worth doing - VERY VERY POOR!

I do my best to avoid buying goods made in China. I used a site that advertises goods not made in China and was diverted to your site that waves the Union Jack and British made goods. I bought two items. On arrival both are made in China. You hide where goods are made which is dishonest.

Dear Customer, thanks for your review. The tracking for your parcel shows that the courier attempted delivery on 29th Sept but that you weren't in - and they say you were emailed and texted to advise that your parcel has been taken to your local Post Office. We will phone you to help work out how we can together get this sorted for you.

I thought the prices were high, some items cheaper elsewhere, I bought roly penguin which was definitely not worth the money and was returned, to be fair return and refund were dealt with quickly.

The products were delivered in a half-torn envelope and were partly damaged as a result. I paid extra for wrapping which was done in an amateurish and uncaring way. Shoddy.

I was disappointed as my grandson would have been. In the picture it looked like a lava lamp. It should have arrived back with you.

First time I have used Mulberry Bush...I wanted a specific wooden toy requested by my grandson....i cannot comment on this as it's a Christmas present.... however when placing the order I was given an offer of half price toy, through this offer I purchased kaleidoscope as a little stocking filler...it was only fit for the dustbin utter rubbish....ok it wasn't expensive but when I complained directly to Mulberry Bush Customer Service I was directed to the returns by email after spending almost £150...the kaleidoscope costing reduced price of £1.50.... I feel Customer Service failed miserably to offer any service at all .... I feel they were only interested in selling the expensive product and the fact I had issues with the kaleidoscope really didn't matter to them ...it's the principal....I won't be using them again with this attitude

As we explained before, you are welcome to return this item but naturally, and in keeping with all shops and online stores, we will need it returning prior to refunding you for it. We have today personally tested a sample of the kaleidoscopes we have in stock and they work very well, particularly considering they are a low-priced item.
