“Very disappointed to see product made in China, despite entering “UK/European made toys” in the search on your website. Won’t buying from you again”

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you are disappointed. We do stock a number of products made either in the UK or mainland Europe - indeed, the first three products on a search on our site for your search term we make ourselves here in Sussex. However, as with most industries, many products nowadays are manufactured further afield, including in China.

“Easy ordering and our correspondence cards arrived quickly and safely, looking exactly as expected. I had to exchange emails with Mulberry Bush's customer services to clarify that we hadn't made a mistake with how we had specified the layout of our address, and they were very prompt to respond and were very helpful and reassuring.”

“Mulberry bush passed on my details to a 3rd party and now I'm recieving junk mail via the post. It is written in their small print so technically not breaking GDPR rules, but very dishonest and sneaky”

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you are disappointed. You separately emailed and we replied. As you correctly point out - we are compliant with GDPR regulations. We don't believe we are being dishonest or sneaky: we make it clear on our website that it is easy to opt not receive any third-party mailings, either during the ordering process or by contacting us afterwards (if you wish to change your preferences). Sorry once again that you are disappointed, Mulberry Bush
