“Good quality toys and a good selection to suit different ages of children. Got a little worried whether things would arrive by Christmas, but prompt response and delivered quickly following query. Some items felt a little pricey. Booklet useful for children to get ideas for what they’d like for Christmas.”

“Cards are just as we asked. However you should be reconsidering which courier you use for deliveries. Royal Mail advised that our parcel would arrive before 1530 last Wednesday. We waited in for it. We were leaving on Thursday morning for the weekend away, and were furious that our order did not appear as promised, but was presumably going to left on the doorstep on Thursday or Friday in our absence. Our delivery from you was not in a watertight plastic bag and in the present weather was liable to be a sodden mess when we returned home on Monday. Fortunately a friend agreed to come to our house twice on the Thursday to try to retrieve our package, which she found lying on the step in the afternoon, undamaged. Altogether an unhappy delivery experience, which took the shine off the purchase.”

“I chose many Christmas presents from Mulberry Bush for my granddaughters. All the products are of a high quality and they will love them - especially the hunt clockwork teeth which will provide hours of fun. The products came is excellent packaging( recyclable) nd in perfect condition. I have bought gifts from Mulberry Bush before and will again in the future - thank you!”

“The products ordered arrived promptly and were well packaged so the boxes look pristine for wrapping up for Christmas presents. The 4 star review is a bit mean but one of the items I wanted was out of stock and they weren't sure when they would have another delivery. This meant that my order didn't meet the criteria for free delivery. The person I spoke to at customer services was polite and knowledgeable. There are so many things I would like to buy for my grandchildren from the catalogue, but their parents won't let me.”
