“Used Mulberry bush a number of times and been happy with the range of products and prices. But this order one of the products was substandard and cheap for the price point. Will certainly think again before ordering.”

Please contact us for details of how to do this if you wish to do so. With regards the feedback on the item itself, we do take on board your comments - thank you. Having looked at the item again and played with it some more, we really do think the item is a good quality item, and at a fair price. The Treasure Chest has two metal hinges and has a clasp, padlock & key included to keep pocket money safe from pirates (or brothers and sisters!). It is made from solid board, decorated inside and outside in a black and gold pirate design. Perhaps the one you received was faulty? “Ordering was quick and easy. However, it took a little bit longer to dispatch my order, that I had to e-mail, as well as to call them to clearify that. Royal Mail did quite good job with delivering on Saturday for Friday dispatch. Considering package it just bubble wrap envelope, the wooden letters were scratching to each other, one of them was a little bit dented during transit. Product itself not bad, we really like it, however enclosed 3M adhensive foams were insufficient to stick all the letters to our baby’s cupboard. I think that’s it. I really wanted to give 5 star review, but a little bit slow dispatch and packaging with the lack of 3M foam adhesives hold me back of doing this.”

Dear Saidazim, thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you weren't as satisfied with our service as we'd wish. The delay was in part due to the Bank Holiday weekend, which we explained when you contacted us. There was also an issue with your payment which we needed to deal with before we could despatch your order. Not withstanding these issues, your order was still delivered four days after you placed your order, within the timeframes we describe on our website for standard delivery. We do also offer a reasonably priced Next Day service should you need items from us the next day. Sorry once again you were not as happy as we'd wish with the service you received, please do let us know if we can be of any further assistance

“It didn't make me happy. My order acknowledgement came on 5th Dec but parcel not dispatched until I sent a chasing email on 11th. Now too late to wrap and forward to nieces/nephews. Won't use again.”

“The product is lovely, good quality with nice designs. Disappointingly the letters arrived in a plastic bag inside a padded envelope! After paying extortionate postage I felt this was a let down, the letters really should be presented in a better way that shows the company cares about the product and customer.”

“In terms of a gift it is a nice touch for a child to have pencils with their name on them but overall I tend to think that they are a little expensive. Takes a while to get delivered so need to order in lots of time”

“I was pleased with the content of the woodwork set. It was as described. However, I bought the woodwork set for my granddaughter and was very disappointed with the packaging...a picture of of a boy looking very excited, holding the hammer, nails in hand. I despair, when will this sterotyping end? I’m afraid the stereotyping continued in the catalogue.”

Sorry once again for the delay with your order. Just to clarify what we explained on the phone during the delay: one of your personalised items was made incorrectly and had to be remade, it was a genuine error that of course we had corrected for you before despatching your order. We did call to advise of this delay and check exactly when you required your goods, but this does not detract from the fact that your delivery was late, for which we apologise.

“Don't like the jumbo pencil case with just the ruler to justify the size. Maybe a half size ruler will make the pencil case look like it's worth the money.”

Thanks for your review, sorry to hear you were not happy with the Jumbo Pencil Case. The pencil case is a full 30cm long not just because of the length of the ruler but also because we cram so much into the case! If it was smaller we'd not be able to get so much in.
