Very good service- most disappointing factor was lack of information re country of manufacture. I bought several good-quality items but wouldn't have had I known they were ALL made in China, even those with British names.

Website inspiring and I particularly liked the personalised products. I gave this a 3 due to the following. I wanted to buy 4 items as a birthday gift, but they could not be wrapped together which I would have liked, only individually which was quite an expensive way to send 4 gifts. Secondly. Two items arrived at the recipients house (sent as a present) with a compliments slip but the recipient had no idea who they were from until i spoke to them on their birthday. The last two items arrived separately, i assume with my message saying happy birthday and who it was from. It’s a shame this let the company down, in my opinion.

Hello Thank you for your review. However it is a little confusing as the items you ordered were all in stock and have been sent and delivered to you. If there was an item missing please let us know. Coloured crayons with name on , look very nice but the plastic pack had split, so the crayons were all jumbled up. Yes I could recommend but this issue needs sorting

I have bought several gifts over the years for my Grandchildren which I have always been extremely happy with. But very disappointed with the quality of latest gifts. Arrived very quickly.

I haven 't unpacked the gifts I ordered, so I don't yet know how well the window bird-feeder, binoculars and pocket microscope work. But I am very disappointed to see that these were all made in China, so won't be ordering from you again unless I know where an item is produced.

Baby Walker and lion stacker toy are fine. Slightly disappointed that the child’s name, added to the Walker for an additional fee, consists of rather flimsy stick on letters. I had assumed the name would be painted on or at least added more robustly.

Loved the products but the packing was awful. Ordered personalised pencils, they had broken through the plastic folder and 3 of them were loose in the box. I put them back and had to cellotape it, not nice for a gift! And the fairy bowling set pieces had all come loose in the box. The parcel had either not been packed well, or had been handled badly, or both.

I am happy with the present but delivery was far too long. I was emailed and told delivery would be 2 -3 days but it was 8 days. I did not receive any notification there was a delivery problem. Being the Xmas period Mulberry should be aware there are potential delivery at this time.

I really like the products but very disappointing to have to pay postage because of my postcode (despite ordering well over the free postage level). I could have found many of the products elsewhere and got free delivery, why would I shop here again.

I have no problem with the items I purchased and the delivery of them. The only thing I was upset with was the message that my payment method was rejected online,and had to make a phone call to you to correct this. Having read the same details of payment over the phone it was accepted. The explanation why my online payment was rejected was baffling.

Mulberry bush sell some really nice gifts but service is really indistinguishable from many other retailers. The one thing that always puts me off using a company again is when, following a purchase I get endless emails marketing emails, or worse still, emails asking for reviews (or as I prefer to think of it, fishing for compliments). Mulberry Bush excels in the sending emails stakes with an average of one a day since I made a purchase from them a week ago. Wish companies would realise, when someone buys something from you it doesn't entitle you to spam them and also a compliment you have had to ask for isn't worth having! If you want a genuine review, leave me alone to use the product for a while and if I find it is exceptional I will be sure to say so!

I have just checked - we sent you one order acknowledgement email when your order was placed, one email when your order was despatched and final one when we asked for a review - so three in total, all at points in the process where we believe it is helpful to communicate with our customers. It sounds like you believe you've received more emails than this? So we can investigate further, it would be really helpful if you could call us about this - and you can tell us exactly what you believe you've actually received. We have no intention of bombarding our customers with emails - we know it doesn't help anyone! We prefer just to send customers updates as points in the process when it is most helpful. The order came on time and was all there. However I was rather disappointed with the spinning tops.... admittedly my silly mistake for not reading the full description. 6cms.. oh no! not for children under 5 and especially under twos. I used to work with the Child Accident Prevention Trust so do feel these are way too small. Will give them to the adults to mess around with at the Christmas table but had thought of them for a little toddle if they were larger!

Dear Customer, thank you for your review. The spinning tops are safety tested to all the necessary regulations for children aged 3+ - which is the age we advertise them for. We would certainly not recommend them for children younger than that, eg children aged 2. They are, as you say, the size that we advertise them as. Larger wooden spinning tops would be quite heavy and harder to spin for children; they would also be quite a lot more expensive! You are of course most welcome to return them if you wish. My parcel was a battery short but some unordered plastic soldiers had been included! I'm assuming in lieu of the battery??????

I rely on the adhesive name labels and have used them on all of my daughter's school materials for years. I don't understand why the UK postage is so high, nor why they can't be delivered in Europe.

We believe the Camelot Castle bundle is excellent value and is very popular. The castle itself is very well made and has a lot of play value however please contact us if you feel this isn't the case.
