“Great service and delivery. Down side assembled bike and very small gave it to grandson for birthday who is two and the bike is too small to much trouble to send back .”

Sorry you are disappointed with the size with of the Nurse Nancy Doll. We do list the size of each of our products on the website and in the catalogue, however if you have any questions about any of the products our friendly customer service team are always happy to advise.

“Most items were ok but I had supposedly brought gifts from the older children’s section only to have the bowling games turn up with huge 3+ markings in three places making them look as if they were for much younger children. This really left me with a huge problem as there is no way I could give them to the youngsters I was thinking of. We don’t have younger children in the family now. They are all 11 and over.”

Hello Celia. Sorry you are disappointed on this occasion. The ages printed on the box are often the age to which the product has been safety tested. We often feel that they are suitable and enjoyed by older children, but as with all our toys must be safe to be played with. The 3+ on is to demonstrate that the toy is safe for children of this age however we feel it would be more suitable for an older child which is why we have put it in this category.

“I bought a Bow and Arrow and coded robot for my 8 year old grandson. The Bow and Arrow he enjoyed playing wit, but the Robot has been put back in the box as he and his dad found it frustrating to too build.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your review. As we explained when you phoned - and as was shown on the Receipt in with your parcel - one personalised item was sent later, directly to you from the manufactuer. We did this so as to ensure the rest of your order got to you as quickly as possible. Personalised items can take up to 14 days for delivery, as is clear on our website and on the Order Acknowledgement email you received when you ordered. I wonder perhaps whether you could contact us to give us some more specific feedback about how you felt our customer service was poor as this would help us improve in the future. “The items we bought were good value and arrived quicker than expected. I had however, been searching for toys that were made either in the UK or Europe - so I was a little disappointed that one of them - when looking further into it - actually originated in Hong Kong. I'd shop with Mulberry Bush again, but I'll be sure to email to double-check the origins of the things I buy.”

“Happy with the product. I was trying to buy from a British store instead of the big american giant amazon. However it took 8 days for the gift to arrive, which in today's age is just really not acceptable. If you want to compete you have to have your goods shipped much quicker. Yes I could have paid for express postage, but you don't expect normal postage to take that long!”

Our records show that your order was despatched 3 days after your order was placed, it looks perhaps like it took Royal Mail a few more days to deliver that might normally be the case, for which we apologise. At this busy time of the year the courier networks can get quite congested.

“Hi - the service - ordering and delivery was absolutely fine, easy and on time. However one of the toys -Roly the laughing Dog, stopped rolling about after less than 24 hours and his laughing is a bit intermittent. Otherwise the toys were fine, but would like to know whether this always happens to ROly or whether we got a dud.”
