“I was a little disappointed with the size of the personalisation lettering on the dolls cradle I bought . It was not worth an extra £10! Also, The bedding that came with it was very flimsy. Structure of cot seems OK but haven't put it together yet.”

We are sorry you are disappointed with the personalisation on your Cradle. The cost is calculated due to work, materials and time taken to add the name to the item. Each name is uniquely made to order using a hard-wearing vinyl. The bedding that comes with cradle is thin as you have stated but is only intended for play purpose, however we do appreciate your feedback on this.

Thank you for your review. Your order was sent to the wrong sorting office by Royal Mail by accident. This was rectified but frustratingly did cause a small delay. I can see however that you did receive it within the 14 day time frame that we advertise. We are glad our team could help you and hope you order again soon.

“The items delivered came on time but the quality of the flying monkeys was poor. The fabric was pulled apart at the end of the arms the first time it was used.”

“Some of the photos in the catalogue are misleading as things look bigger then they are. Most products I received seem ok bu5 was dissapointed. Return policy is difficult even when product is faulty. I don't have a printer at home so printing a returns label is difficult. I think they should post you out a label. I won't be using them again.”

“Many items were miniature... look a little mean as gifts, so I was quite disappointment with about 50% of the order.”

You are welcome to return any items you are not happy with providing they are unopened and in a resellable condition. “Most items were ok but I had supposedly brought gifts from the older children’s section only to have the bowling games turn up with huge 3+ markings in three places making them look as if they were for much younger children. This really left me with a huge problem as there is no way I could give them to the youngsters I was thinking of. We don’t have younger children in the family now. They are all 11 and over.”

Hello Celia. Sorry you are disappointed on this occasion. The ages printed on the box are often the age to which the product has been safety tested. We often feel that they are suitable and enjoyed by older children, but as with all our toys must be safe to be played with. The 3+ on is to demonstrate that the toy is safe for children of this age however we feel it would be more suitable for an older child which is why we have put it in this category.

“I bought a Bow and Arrow and coded robot for my 8 year old grandson. The Bow and Arrow he enjoyed playing wit, but the Robot has been put back in the box as he and his dad found it frustrating to too build.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your review. As we explained when you phoned - and as was shown on the Receipt in with your parcel - one personalised item was sent later, directly to you from the manufactuer. We did this so as to ensure the rest of your order got to you as quickly as possible. Personalised items can take up to 14 days for delivery, as is clear on our website and on the Order Acknowledgement email you received when you ordered. I wonder perhaps whether you could contact us to give us some more specific feedback about how you felt our customer service was poor as this would help us improve in the future. “The items we bought were good value and arrived quicker than expected. I had however, been searching for toys that were made either in the UK or Europe - so I was a little disappointed that one of them - when looking further into it - actually originated in Hong Kong. I'd shop with Mulberry Bush again, but I'll be sure to email to double-check the origins of the things I buy.”
