Ordering was quick and easy. However, it took a little bit longer to dispatch my order, that I had to e-mail, as well as to call them to clearify that. Royal Mail did quite good job with delivering on Saturday for Friday dispatch. Considering package it just bubble wrap envelope, the wooden letters were scratching to each other, one of them was a little bit dented during transit. Product itself not bad, we really like it, however enclosed 3M adhensive foams were insufficient to stick all the letters to our baby’s cupboard. I think that’s it. I really wanted to give 5 star review, but a little bit slow dispatch and packaging with the lack of 3M foam adhesives hold me back of doing this.
