“Delivery was good, as time/day as promised. BUT the item I thought I had chosen wasn't quite the same and after a phone call to the company, I received an item that didin't fit what I planned. I have kept it though (fishing game), in the hope that will be suitable for someone else eventually. The box said the item was suitable for 18months and I was looking for a gift for a 3 year old. I didn't find that was clear enough in the catalogue.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your review. Good to hear firstly that delivery was good. The item itself - the fishing game - is safety tested for age 18 months plus but in our opinion probably more suitable to a 3 year old. I think as we explained when you phoned, the manufactuer has recently had this product retested and in doing so reduced the safety age down to 18 months+. It is still suitable for a three year old, but we understand your concern. If you do change your mind and would like to return it to us, please contact us again and we can explain how you can do this at cost to yourself. Best wishes, Mulberry Bush
