“Not particularly impressed with the wooden animals in the pull along posting toy I am afraid. Don't think I shall buy from you again. It is just another case of being better off to see the toy before buying over the internet.”

“Please could I ask that in future catalogues that you don’t call the smaller section of gifts “Stocking Fillers” really does rather ruin it for children looking through it to choose presents”

Dear Customer, thanks for your comments. We have to confess to being a bit confused with what you're saying. Santa is a regular customer of ours, he usually collects his orders when the Mulberry Bush warehouse is closed.

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you were disappointed with the amount of packaging used in your parcel. It is always a difficult balancing act making sure that enough packaging is used to ensure items arrived with customers in perfect condition versus keeping the amount of packaging we use to an absolute minimum so as to reduce our environmental footprint. We can see however that the total weight of the parcel - including the item - was only 232 grams. So it wasn't a big parcel by any means. In terms of postage costs, it costs the same regardless of the size of parcel for a delivery driver to drive by, visit and drop off your parcel whether it is small, medium or large. It is important that delivery drivers' wages are fully covered. Sorry once again that you are disappointed, and thank you for your feedback. Mulberry Bush

Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. Most items - including the two you bought - have the brand/manufacturer shown on the product page on our website. The two your bought were from Djeco and B-Toys. Your feedback about packaging is helpful and we will look to update our website to help with this. Nowadays of course many manufacturers are looking to reduce the amount of packaging toys are provide in so as to reduce the impact on the environment

“I recently bought several items as presents. One has been given so far - the baby walker with the ABC blocks. A birthday gift for my grandson. Whilst I am happy with the product itself as is my daughter and grandson it is very disappointing that the way the letters on the blocks have been designed it is not possible to spell my grandson's name. We are pursuing this matter with your suppliers and hope that they can send us an extra brick. No response from them so far. The item was personalised and it seems very unfortunate that he will not be able to copy the spelling on the side of the walker and spell his name out in the blocks. For this reason I would probably not buy this item again.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your review, sorry to hear you were disappointed with the range of letter blocks included with the ABC Baby Walker. There are 26 blocks included allowing the spelling of most children's names (and most words) - but of course, it would be impossible to include blocks to guarantee the spelling of ALL names. “I placed my first ever order with Mulberry bush and it said delivery would be in 7 days. 7 days later I notice my order has not even been shipped and when I contacted customer service I was told if I liked to pay extra money I could have it the next day. I said I didn't want to do that but just wanted to know why my order had still not left the warehouse. I then got a response you will have it tomorrow. I did indeed get the parcel the next day but with no explanation for the delay. I'm not sure how much longer my order would have taken if I had not chased it up. The good I ordered all look very nice and are for Christmas presents”

“Had issues ordering from the website which meant I needed to phone to get it fixed. Lovely lady fixed that for me. Paid for next day delivery but delivery company didn't deliver when they should have. Contacted Mulberry Bush and a different lady couldn't have been less interested. Apparently was handed over to someone else but never got any feedback. Wouldn't rush to buy from them again.”

Dear Customers, sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. Your order was despatched on a Next Day basis but it does appear that it took two working days to arrive, for which we apologise. We have however been advising all customers ordering on a next day service to allow an extra day for delivery, due to the various issues caused by Covid, including the recent fuel & HGV driver shortages. We appreciate that this reads like a list of excuses. Most of the time Next Day orders are arriving the next working day, however these issues are genuine and are occasionally leading to delays. Apologies that this happened with your delivery. We are sorry too that you felt the women you spoke with here at Mulberry Bush wasn't interested. “My granddaughter loves your catalogue and always want most of the items in it. From time to time we do actually buy her something from it. The only niggle I have is the time it takes for the product to arrive after you have ordered. We are in the age of "Amazon" and taking a week to arrive does seem slow nowadays.”
