“I’m sure my chosen items will make wonderful gifts but unfortunately I haven’t received them yet. Due a week ago and granted there has been a postal strike but orders from other companies have arrived in the interim. An update on progress would have been appreciated.”

Dear Customer, apologies for the delay with your order, it look Royal Mail longer than normal to deliver because of the strikes. We do show the dimensions for the art set on our website (on the product page) and also in our printed catalogue and the item is sized as described. They are a children's art set, hence the size - but we do sell a larger set for people wanting more! Sorry once again you are disappointed, Mulberry Bush

“My parcel arrived on time but with the box damaged and the box inside with the toy in it was damaged. Not great for a present. I ordered the babychino and the product looks good but I have since other similar ones for £25.”

“I phoned to check if I had already ordered and this kind lady checked and said no I had not ordered a child’s abacus . I have ended up with two !!! But will save as a gift for another toddler . But odd as the lady said I definitely had not ordered one !”

“The product colour is lovely (aqua) and the pencils fit nicely in the box. However, the name on the front of the box is slightly wonky (closer by approx 1mm at end of name compared to start). As I’m in the middle of the Christmas buying period I can’t be bothered to return but am a bit miffed that it’s not perfect given cost.”
