Absolutely amazing customer service, delivery and quality of the sofa. I have purchased Corner Sofa bed Milano II. Could have not been more pleased with the product. Highly recommend. The delivery guys were absolutely Superb!

Great sofa, however poor delivery experience. The delivery team moved the sofa to the entrance of the building only and only by request did they take it near the lift. I then had to move the sofa to my flat myself, only possible with the help of a neighbour…!

I had a mechanical issue with my Sofa headrest, the warranty replace this faulty part was not honoured.

Stay away from this company, customer support is absolutely terrible. Our sofa come with manufacturing defect(long arm rest on corner sofa is moving and making noises like old used furniture). After 3 min of dealing with them and one attempt of fixing which ended unsuccessful any way, they said this is normal for furniture🤣. So the question is why they try to fix it if it’s normal?! Our 5 year old sofa from DFS didn’t make any noise just seat wasn’t comfortable anymore. See on videos and tell me if this is normal😂 This is the way how this company facing complaints from customers.

Communication, ordering process and actual product 10/10. Love my new sofa. The only downfall was the delivery window being between 6pm-11pm. I didn’t actually think it would arrive towards the later end but I ended up accepting my delivery at 11:30pm - a bit of an inconvenience; especially on a weeknight. Regardless the delivery guys were great and super helpful. Thank you :)

I have a very bad experience and very poor costumer experience with M SOFAS, I bought a corner sofa which were dropped at a resedential corridor as they would deliver to door even I had a lift! • when I opened first pack was already damaged, • second pack damaged too When I contacted they said it’s not our problem. Extremely disappointed by them. I asked them I am not happy this has happened I need solution. I asked for either replacement sofa or full refund, they ignored it just send 1 panel replacement but the rest of damages I have to leave with it. They are a Waste of time I do not recommend. Find someone who takes care of costumers.

We understand that certain locations may require extra assistance, and therefore, we provide an Upper-Floor Delivery option at an additional cost of £39.00. This service includes our drivers bringing the sofa upstairs, unpacking it, installing it, and reporting back to us if there are any damages. It's important to note that by signing the documents, you acknowledge taking full responsibility for any damages incurred during the delivery process. We highly recommend reviewing all documents thoroughly before signing to ensure understanding of the terms and conditions. On Saturday, January 13th, you have contacted us to inform us about the damages. We promptly responded to you on Monday, January 15th, explaining the details of the documents you signed. As a goodwill gesture and to address your concerns, we have arranged for the exchange of the front panel, which you indicated you were happy about.

I was waiting for sofa almost 3 months I ordered weeks before Christmas because they promised if I do now they guarantee delivered before Christmas unfortunately came 2 months after Christmas. 5 stars for delivery guys because they was so polite and kind. Sofa looks amazing but not comfy 🥲

We'd like to clarify that the last date for placing orders to ensure delivery before Christmas was indeed November 12th. As you placed your order on November 27th, unfortunately, it fell outside the timeframe to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Our production timeline typically ranges between 6-8 weeks, and during peak seasons such as Christmas, it can extend up to 10 weeks, as mentioned in the confirmation email you received upon making the purchase. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. However, we're glad to hear that you had a positive experience with our drivers, and we will certainly pass along your kind words to them. Regarding the comfort of the sofa, we do encourage visiting our showroom in Halifax, West Yorkshire, where you can personally test the comfort of our sofas and explore our range of products.

I received the sofa with bugs on it, when I contacted MSofa they rejected the claim and did not resolve it.

Bed bugs are commonly associated with unclean conditions and are often found in used furniture or bedding. However, it's important to understand that brand new furniture, such as those sold at Msofas, is highly unlikely to be infested with bed bugs for a few key reasons. Firstly, bed bugs are not part of the manufacturing process. Our furniture is made in clean, controlled environments where pests like bed bugs have no access. Secondly, all our furniture undergoes rigorous quality control measures, including comprehensive inspections and cleaning procedures, before they're dispatched to our customers. This ensures that our products are free from any kind of pests or infestations. Lastly, our brand new furniture is packaged securely to prevent any external contaminations during transit. The packaging materials and methods we use make it extremely difficult for bed bugs to infiltrate and infest our furniture. Bought three sofas so far. Good quality products: simple and robust. Reasonable price. Delivery is often delayed by several weeks. However, on the day, you can track the drivers which makes planning easier.

Got My sofa very fast, about 3 days. The quality of the material is not bad, but the sofa cushions are very firm. When you sit on it it reminds me of train seats. I am returning it and the company charges me 15% of the price for that despite the fact they are an online shop and have only one showroom and you can see the product until it arrives and you pay for it.
