“Beautiful brown leather sofabed, comfortable to sit on only problem the sleeping mattress is very thin and hard so not very comfortable to sleep on it.”

“I am very happy with my sofa and the whole purchase process from sample ordering all the way up until delivery and asembley. Fantastic quality product, very comfortable, and with stain resistant treatment its still immaculate even though we have a dog. Really really happy and higly recommended 👌”

“The sofa itself is lovely, colour is Perfect. However, whoever works at their ‘customer service’ department needs an immediate 101 on how to speak to customers. Absolutely rude, sarcastic, and cheeky. I requested certain weekdays options for delivery from the offset, and kept being sent a day that I would be working. I called to politely request a different option(s) and was given such a mouthful of sarcasm, I honestly couldn’t speak for shock at first! He’s clearly been schooled by Basil Fawlty. I eventually had to settle for a 5am delivery as they wouldn’t budge at all on the delivery, no flexibility at all. Shame, because the product itself is really great. But that guy on the phone..? Wow.. just wow…”

“After receiving our sofa, the comfort is ok, the quality isn't worth the cost. After complaining about an manufacturing issue, the issue was only resolved after constantly chasing for answers, it took nearly a year to resolve and I'm still not completely happy but it was my only resolution as i was only given 1 option. Customer service is appalling, i don't expect a company to ignore correspondence from customers, manage expectations, if you say I'll respond by close of play today, respond! I shoul've followed my gut and gone with DFS! Least they have a 15 year guarantee.”

“Beautiful and very comfortable sofa. Only one small thing that is a little bit disappointed is a one very small storage under compare to how huge the sofa is . But overall perfect 👌🏼”

“After a terrible experience with Sofology, we decided to take a chance and buy our sofa and chair from MSofas. We ordered fabric samples and received them within a couple of days. We couldn’t be happier with our final choice. Our furniture looks stunning and is extremely comfortable. The delivery men were courteous and helpful. We are also pleased to support European manufacturing as the furniture is made in Poland unlike the made in China rubbish we experienced from Sofology.”
