“Excellent quality sofa bed. Arrived before Christmas and the delivery crew were very helpful. Unfortunately it arrived with one foot broken. We were told a replacement would be sent to us but nothing has arrived so far.”

“The sofa was fantastic, the delivery team were very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER the company took forever to deliver the sofa, they use a weird system where they only deliver to your area when they have enough deliveries to go to your area. The customer service is very rude and extremely unhelpful, I dealt with someone that should not be in a customer service role.”
