“Excellent service! Took a huge risk and it paid off, did not see any samples or the sofa in person and I am so happy with the quick delivery and the quality of the sofas are excellent! Communication has also been excellent and overall 5*”

“Very good communication, professional. Probably they need better marketing, i found them by mistake and i am very happy i did. The sofa bed is a much better quality as many known shops from uk. I would definitely recommend them. Delivery 5*, delivered in less than 4 weeks, email received few days in advance and a phone call few hours before they arrived. Thank you!”

“Lovely sofa! Item was as described. It came within the 12 weeks as promised during ordering process. Easy to apply for finance . Customer service very kin and helpful. No problems at all. Highly recommend!!!!”

“The sofa bed is very comfortable and relaxing. It is also beautiful. The storage is spacious and it is easy to use. The drivers handled everything and made the delivery easy and quick. The only issue is its weight which makes us a bit concerned about future movements. Thank you MSOFAS!”

“Purchased a sofa in eco leather and the seats are almost completely bare and the backrests are a mess too. The leather started to peel after just 3 years - it is such an eyesore and so embarrassing when we have guests over. The company asked me to send them photos but then responded by saying the sofa is no longer under warranty. No apology and no attempt to help me. I emailed them again but still haven’t received a response. Dreadful experience made all the worse by the shocking customer service. A sofa should last more than 3 years!!!”

We're sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience with Msofas. You have purchased the goods in 2017. In our terms and conditions, you can find information that we do offer 2 years warranty for all our products. We have asked you to send photos to check the condition of the sofa. If it was minor damage, then I could ask the factory about the repair cost. In addition, as you can see in the photos that you sent, the problem with eco-leather certainly did not appear suddenly, so if we received a complaint straight away after you noticed the problem, we would certainly be able to offer help in repairing it. Please also bear in mind that eco-leather should be properly cared for and cleaned to avoid damage. Best Regards
