“Delivery was later than expected due to Covid but worth the wait. This is the second white leather sofa bed I've purchased from m sofas and I'm happy with the quality and good value for money. My cats love to relax and sleep on it too 💞”

“The sofa was delivered damaged, 3 legs chipped. The driver took pictures of the damage and told me I would be contacted which has not happened. After-sales service is lacking. But the sofa is good.”

“We have had this sofa bed for over a month now and so far we are very pleased. We have not had the chance to sleep on the bed yet but we have tried it out few times for movie night and its seems comfortable enough for a whole night sleep. We waited a little long for our sofa but knowing that it is all man made to order with our choice of fabric was worth the wait. Actually i was a little anxious buying a sofa online without seeing it first but i am not disappointed. I would recommend this sofa and would buy from them again in the near future.”

“After ages of considering which sofa to buy, and finding the one that was fitting the dimensions requirements. we finally found it. Waited for about more than 2 months to arrive. When it finally arrived, we started to experience issues after 2 weeks. It started to squeak. When we reported it, they sent 2 people over who apparently identified the issue and odered new parts to be replaced. We waited for around another month. They came, replaced the part and told us everything is fixed. The sofa started to squeak again just after a week. Then, apparently, they called in someone more specialised in a furniture. He came and apparently fixed the problem. And as you may guess, we still have a squeaking sofa. Not to mention it was just above £1000. NOT CHEAP! Althoguh the design is nice, it is definitely made of very cheap wood/plywood. I would personaly invest slighly bit more mone and buy from elsewhere.”

“I bought a corner sofa bed back in July. It did say on the website that it might take up to 10weeks to make it. Got it delivered after 8weeks. Was very pleased that the company took into account when I asked them that the best day for delivery was any Thursday. Received a text few days before the delivery day informing me about the delivery and the time slot the guys will come. Two delivery men came and brought the 2 pieces of packed sofa into the living room. Just had to hold the door open for them :) They were very professional and polite. Before leaving asked me to check the sofa while they were here to make sure it was the right colour and I was happy with the product itself (if no damage, right sofa etc.). They didn’t put it up for me as I wanted to build it myself :) but had few problems as the predrilled holes didn’t fit the holes on the legs. Emailed customer service for advice only. Wasn’t a big deal for me as I did turn down the offer when delivery men asked me if I wanted them to put it all together. My hubby had all the tools so he fitted the legs with no problems. Few days later got a text again that delivery driver is on his way. Was a bit puzzled as already received the sofa. But when he showed up a man had a tool box and explained he was sent by office to fix the problem (to fix legs onto the sofa). It was my mistake as I didn’t check my email if the customer service lady emailed me back as I was busy at work. It was a misunderstanding. I didn’t ask for someone to be sent, I was asking just for advice as thought I was doing it wrong. (But was really good to know that the company will go an extra mile for their customers to make sure they are happy with the product.) I thanked the man for coming and explained the misunderstanding. They were really helpful and the company didn’t charge me extra. We have sofa for a few months now and so far so good. It took me really long time to find the right one for us. We didn’t want the sofa to be bulky as there is not much room in our living area. MSofas delivered it :) the sofa bed looks really good and sturdy, colour matches the samples supplied before making the order and the customer service was quick to reply to any of my emails. Very pleased. Wasn’t too sure about paying by direct transfer into their business account at first but glad I did it eventually. Thank you and will definitely buy from the company again.”
