“Bought this 14 months ago and it still looks like new, I am extremely pleased with the comfort , build quality and price. Even though it's not leather it looks, feels and smells like leather, breathes better than our previous real leather sofa so no stickiness when warm. Highly recommend this company , their staff are very courteous, helpful without being pushy and their prices are extremely competitive.”

“The whole transaction, from ordering to delivery was excellent. Sofa arrived inside two weeks. Really happy with it. The communication from Msofas throughout was brilliant including a really accurate delivery timescale. Very polite and courteous delivery guys. Genuinely couldn’t fault msofas in any way whatsoever and would definitely buy from them again.”

“I am really pleased with Asti sofa. We choose Malia New coffee and it look great. Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent customer service and amazing delivery guys. Definitely recommend. Thank you MSofas.”

“Waited 6 weeks and then they delivered wrong side of the sofa. Phone costumer service and been told they not sure when will they deliver correct sofa as they have different deliveries scheduled .What an absolute joke , still waiting for a manager to call me back but he seems not to be very bothered . Wouldn’t recommend going through that much trouble for the prices of sofas. Won’t be buying again.”

“Great sofa, Greta customer service and the delivery team made everything easy for me from unpacking to setting it up right were I wanted . I would definitely use this service again and recommend the sofas as it is the standard I was expecting it to be. Good job Msofas”

“From ordering to delivery I cannot fault a thing. The lady who looked after me over the phone went the extra mile to ensure we could get our sofa by today as we have guests arriving later and kept in touch by phone. You can also see where your sofa is in transit on an app so you know how close they are. Got an estimated time for delivery through the app and by text and the two men who came were really friendly and so quick to install the sofa. Really impressed and the sofa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL with colour/ firmness and size exactly as described. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for an excellent service x”
