“Although the desk was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, it took over 7 weeks to be delivered. It appears Msofas act as an agent for a furniture company in Poland. When my desk eventually arrived the assembly instructions were in Polish only and none of the parts were numbered. It was a nightmare to assemble this way, and I had to follow small sketches. The desk when eventually assembled is a nice looking desk, but I have to ask myself was 8t worth waiting that long???”

“I received a great service from M Sofas. From buying to the delivery. The delivery men were great. They were very nice and friendly and put the sofa together quickly. I highly recommend M Sofas.”

“Purchased the Asti corner sofa in mint green, it was a fast delivery (pre-made) & came in 2 weeks! Great quality sofa and the customer service of the delivery men was great too.”

“Great quality. We got ourselves corner sofa bed. Came in 3.5 weeks from order as we wanted it. Delivery guys were great , showed us how to use it and put it together in 20min. Only minus is delivery charge but for quality and service I can just forget about it.”

“Asked to return sofa, it took 3 weeks to collect it, which is inconvenient but I understand it can take time. Policy states that you should receive a refund in 14 days, today is day 16 and still no refund or any communication from their side.”

“The sofa delivery was postponed and delivered a day late and the additional stool I had ordered was missing. When emailing them twice, they didn’t answer back although communication before I had made the payment was good. I wouldn’t advise to buy with MSofas again and I won’t recommend it to anyone. Kind regards Axel Raeder”
