“Hello, I hope you are doing well. This is our second purchase from M Sofas, both were sofas, and we are very happy with the product design, quality, and service. I have to however rate this last experience a 3 star as there was a defect with the product delivered. One of the legs of the sofa was damaged, it was not fixable and is now glued together. I hope it last like the other one and I'm hoping it won't give us any trouble going forward. If you would like to speak to me about the experience, I will be available at 07491290166. Thank you. “This is an honest review after using their sofa for 1.5 year. I bought a Como sofa bed in teal velvet just before Christmas 2021. I loved how beautiful it looked on the picture as well as functionality. Delivered on time, assembled by two very nice guys. Sofa used daily in the lounge, slept on occasionally, a handful of times. 6 months forward the sofa started to squeak and seats proved to be "cheaped out" during manufacturing process. I can literally feel I'm sitting on the wooden frame underneath too thin, sinking layer of foam and it's very uncomfortable to the point of back pain if sitting for too long. Emailed Msofas number of times, no reply initially, then they asked me to send a video. Not sure how would they assess the surface I'd be sitting on during the video, which I have pointed in my email reply and asked for someone to come to assess if they don't believe in what I said. No one came. Less than a year of use the folding bed mechanism broke.... Don't be fooled by lovely pictures, unless you have money to throw away. Never will I ever buy anything from Msofas again and Como sofa bed goes to the skip shortly....”

“I'm happy with our new sofa bed ! We get what we ordered, nothing was wrong with it. Sofa is great quality and very comfortable. Was delivered about a month after when we ordered and assembled fast. Good contact and good quality! I highly recommend it!”
