“Absolutely in love with this corner sofa-bed, looks eeven nicer then on the picture. Good communication with customer service, no issues with delivery, very pleased with this company. Definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Found M Sofas on line and despite never used before was not disappointed. On line chat was excellent, helpful and all details given were spot on. The sofa turned up well within the timeframe quoted. The delivery people were amazingly courteous, helpful and professional. The sofa itself is perfect, great quality and comfortable and great material used. I am a fussy customer and M Sofas delivered above my expectations. No hesitation to use again based on this purchase. Well done, oh and great prices, in my opinion.”

“Great, modern looking sofa, very good quality and very comfortable. I ordered it in a more expensive stain resistant fabric but changed my mind soon after placing the order to a fabric which wasn't stain resistant but was in a nicer colour. It was not a problem to change it, the difference in price was returned to me promptly. Neither was a problem to change the colour for the sofa's legs, even it was not a standard option for the sofa! The customer service was first class, very helpful, quick to answer both by email or on a phone, the lady answered to all my questions, kept me updated about the order and delivery times. Delivery it self was seamless, I received an email with delivery date, confirmed the day suits me, on a day I got a text 30min before, the guys arrived, brought the sofa in, unpacked it, put together and took all packaging away! Great product, great service!”

“Fantastic sofa! We took a risk to order sofa we've never actually sat or slept on but I'm so pleased we did :) the sofa if very comfortable, elegant and lovely made. Delivery as promised. We order different fabric (another risk) stain resistance. Looks lovely. Also my parents slept on the sofa for nearly two weeks over the Christmas and were very pleased with it. Comfortable and sturdy (my dad I a big fella and had a lot of space!!!) BRILLIANT!!!”

“Contact was straightforward with chat room staff who were pleasant and knowledgable. As promised they emailed a delivery date in good time and phoned ahead on the day to confirm exactly when they would turn up. The two-man team who installed the sofa bed were charming and took care not to scuff new paintwork whilst they were working. The furniture was as described, the buying process was straightforward, and the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. Well done for exceeding expectations.”

“Good quality sofa bed. Very comfortable to sit and sleep on. Storage box is large enough to put large duvet and two pillows. Delivery was quick and staff very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend!”
